Was extremely slow. Thankfully, we enjoyed our soups and bread sticks, which were slow coming out. We actually considered just canceling our entrees because we were sitting there so long, but we waited some more. However when I received my food 6oz steak and side of Alfredo there was a little juice on plate well I assumed it was just that but when I cut into just the edge blood ran out, I even cut in the middle just hoping it wasn't to bad but I had sent it back and waited for them to try again since the other entree at our table seemed ok and my aunt wanted to eat a little of it before she boxed up her food to go. So we waited and they bought my order in a to go container as I asked because I was beyond ready to go. We usually enjoy Olive Garden and have no issues. This was the first time at this location, so we'll stick with our normal location by Chesapeake Sq. We still tipped as we paid, but we're disappointed in our experience at this location.

As someone who grew up with a LOT of 1G Italian friends..... the food appears to be Italian but, falls very short. Even a simple thing like fried mozzarella is made with thin slices of mozzarella and way too much breading. The only part of the meal I liked was the breadsticks and salad.

Rico was phenomenal! Amazing customer service and friendliness! Our food was delicious, and everything including the bathroom, was spotless. Can’t comment on the food , it’s the same at all Olive Gardens . The service on the other hand… I got presented with my bill after a little over 30 min of being there, I didn’t asked for it and wasn’t even done ordering. I would give a negative 5 stars for the atmosphere if I could because of the smell of piss that hits you in the face right when you walk in. The bathrooms are right by the door and it smells like they have never been cleaned, the stench seeps in the lobby. ?

The best OG experience we have had in a Loooong time. Whoever is running this location is doing a great job. They have good staff to thank and I hope they make it known to them. Izzy or server was on point. The food was great, well prepared, and done with a level of caring not seen in chain restaurants as of late. To think this was our third choice for dinner because of past experiences with OG restaurants lately. We are glad we decided to stop and will be back!
