This line of never ready food . Why so slow Panerai? Employees are confrontational and openly hostile to customers trying to pickup food. Would not recommend. Unless you just have nothing at all to do.People order the food, you make the food, people pay you, and you smile as you deliver the order. It seems so simple.Parking: Do NOT park in fire lane.

Pretty disappointing - my boyfriend and I ordered lunch from Panera this afternoon. We ordered the same exact warm bowl, except I opted out of corn and beans. This should not have resulted in the lack of food quantity as when I first opened my bowl, it was so scarce, it looked like it would if you were halfway done eating the bowl. Paid $14.99 basically for a “snack.”. Added pics of both of our bowls for comparison.

The sandwich I had no meat in it. I ordered a chicken sandwich it had maybe a small piece of meat on it. However the salad was good.

Their take on the mac and cheese cheddar broccoli soup was awful. Mushy noodles and tasted sour.
The last few times we have ordered "rapid pick up", it has been far from rapid. Something that should take a few minutes ends up taking 20 minutes. I understand that sometimes it is busy, but at 4:15pm on a Monday it should not take 20m+ to package a soup and cookie. Prices go up, portions go down, and service is taking a hit... Not good Panera!

I received a gift card from someone. I wanted delivery but with a gift card you have to go in. I went in and ordered waited 50 minutes to receive two breakfast bagels. Once I was eating my breakfast bagel it had a hair in it. I have only gone here for lunch usually. Not impressed with breakfast bagel and hair.
