Don't go to this particular Red Lobster if you want prompt service on a slow night. We were sat quickly enough, but we were sitting there for 20 minutes before our server finally came over because he wasn't aware he was our server??? Then he wasn't attentive to when our drinks needed refills, took a while to get those delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and took drink orders of tables he knew were in his section faster than he did us?? The music was too loud to the point I was shouting to my husband across the table (who is having problems hearing to begin with right now), and the food was poor quality. His steak was very undercooked and our lobster tasted like it was hanging out under the heat lamp for a while. The lobster and shrimp linguine that came with my lobster and shrimp lover's dream did not look anything like the menu, and the sauce as extremely heavy, not to mention the shrimp was smothered with the sauce to the point it was hard to peel the tails off. We will probably still visit another location, but we will never be back to this one.

Red Lobster is a "Old G" of family Restaurants. Everytime I walk thru the door I think of the time when I was a kid and how much I love the Popcorn shrimps. I'm a OG now and the meals are more Complexs. My Queen, (High School Sweetheart who I still take to Red Lobster as my go to move) and we still enjoy a excellent meal. Randolph was skilled and Courteous during the Entire meal.OGs rules

We arrived somewhat late last night, party of 2. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait. As we were sitting, I noticed there wasn’t much traffic flowing in and out and there were about 10 young people out front at one point. I snuck a peek back and noticed there were empty table. There was a party of 6 that came in after us. They told them they could not sit together, that they would have to sit 3 to a table and they would be seated in two different sections. They left. You know like probably at least a $500 or so table. Anyway, they finally seated us. When we walked back, there was only one other table, a couple sitting near us. It felt like Covid 3. The empty tables weren’t cleaned. It was something out of kitchen nightmares. Thankfully, the food was perfect. But from a family of restaurant managers. What in the hey…?
My small take out order was placed in the largest bag they have. So when I arrived home, scampi sauce spilled all in the bag and over my car mat. I just dealt with it. Couldn't drive back out there.Parking: Be mindful that weekend and holiday parking is different.

My food took way to long and the food was it was not good for the price the manager was rude and never came to are table after we asked for the manager. The staff were incredibly rude this place is not a good restaurant. We waited over 2+ hours for us to not even get are food. Because once we got are food it was closing time at 10 pm. I personally do not recommend Texas road house is better. Work on your horrible restaurant we only got are appetizers DONT COME HERE
