We arrived just before 5pm and had to wait about 10 minutes while there was a shift change. The service was fine. The food was OK, but for the price, not necessarily worth it. My kids picked this restaurant and they usually like it, but were bummed about no balloons this time. I'm not sure if they stopped doing that or if they just didn't have them ready yet. Either way, the balloons were missed.Overall, the quality and service aren't what they used to be pre-pandemic, but they're on par with other Americana restaurants.

Man how this place has went down hill. They should not be able to say gourmet burgers as they have reduced their burgers to a mere thin patty. Their burgers used to be good. Now they are sub-par. Their bottomless sides are the only thing they got going for them. Wendy's has a better burger. It's just not worth the money.

I have been at red Robin restaurant very long time. So over the weekend I want to your red Robin restaurant in Chesapeake va. Celebrating my boyfriend s birthday and. Also the food it was amazing and very tasty and your employees and your waitress and your waiter. Thy were very nice with a very great positive attitude and a with a great smile and came back if we need anything. Else and checking in on us to making sure that we are doing OK. My boyfriend and I I will comeing back again for lunch or dinner.

I am so disappointed!!!!!!!! The burgers had no flavor they were overcooked my mom’s burger was well well done my sister’s burger had something hard in it!!! It was disgusting I will never waste my money here again

Decent family friendly restaurant and good for groups. Food and service are good most of the time. The bonzai burger is pretty good, as are the bottomless fries. The check out kiosks are very convenient.

We were seated quickly. There was only one other table filled with customers at the time. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes while sitting at the table. Another table was seated and their orders were taken before a server even came to our table. Then when we finally got a waitress to come to our table, she sat down silverware and then left. Apparently, customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back.

Our server was extremely rude. Our drinks were almost thrown on the table and she took long to return to the table. She was more concerned cleaning tables, making gestures in the kitchen, and complaining about being seated with other customers. Making the other customers move after they were sat. The app came out at the same time our entries came. The chicken wrap had soggy lettuce from the BQ and the chicken was dry. Asked for ranch several times and ended up asking another server. Endless fries and drink refills weren’t addressed until the meal was over. Our to go order was forgotten. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The food is expensive for no reason, I can make a better burger and chicken wrap. Service sucks!

After waiting to be acknowledged by your host staff, another customer came in, was acknowledged and taken to be seated. I mentioned I was there before them. One of the hosts did apologize, but considering they had seen me waiting, it rang hollow. I left, and now I will have to reconsider my continued patronage of this restaurant.
