Ordered their hottest wings…came out with no sauce or seasoning(unless burnt is a seasoning now) and they were fried in very old grease. Didn’t eat them. Was going to try and get our money back, but after waiting about 30 mins we gave up and went somewhere else to get something to eat.

Burger and fries were pretty good but not $45 good. Milkshakes were disgraceful. Looked like the girl stirred it with a chopstick and covered the cup in artificial chocolate syrup. Will be going back to Shake

I'm not sure if it was an off day or if the quality has just gone down over the years, but my visit today was not as good as the last time from a few years ago. Burger and bun was really dry and oversalted. Service was quick.

Restaurant is filthy. We went first thing in the am as we were the first customers. The floors looked like they weren't cleaned from the night before. And the restrooms were atrocious.The burgers were delicious although my S/O said there was little to no BBQ sauce on his burger.
Went in at 1800 and Mariya took my order, very inattentive, but whatever, food service sucks. Spent forty dollars for her and the other worker to give us hours old fries and onion rings (literally burnt, hard onion rings) and burgers that were room temperature. The cheese wasn't even melted. Without asking, they put it in a to go bag, so we just went home (we live around 5 min away) and there was no way that they got that cold that quickly. For forty dollars plus tip, that's unbelievable.

First, I’d like to say the burger was good. Secondly, I went here the other day, ordered my food, but when asking for a milkshake they told me they couldn’t because of staffing… I was the only one in line and 5 people were working. Fast forward a week later ( pregnant wife), I ordered a bbq burger with onion rings, but they were out of onion rings. Then, I ordered chicken tenders for my son, t they were out… I feel like this place is completely mismanaged. These minor things seem small, but add up. I won’t go there again.

If I could give no stars I would. I could have gotten better food and service from McDonald's and paid a lot less. The girl at the front did not look like she wanted to be there and I could hardly hear her. No smile or anything. The food was over cooked, dry and flavorless. I paid extra for some tiny pieces of bacon that were only in the middle of my sandwich. Maybe a quarter size portion. And by the time I got home only 10 minutes away the food was cold. Very disappointing. I do not recommend at all.
