I went to this location for a drink. I normally look forward to my Route 44 drinks. However, on this particular day, the cashier at the window was in the process on making my drink. This was done after she handled money, credit cards, etc. The problem was that she was putting cherries and limes in my drink with her BARE & UNWASHED hands. I immediately asked for my money back and advised her manager that handling fruit with her BARE and UNWASHED hands was unsanitary. And she looked at me like I had two heads. I regret going there previously and getting drinks. God only knows how my drinks were handled previously when I couldn't see them being made. Zero stars!!! I haven't had a drink at any Sonic since.

Food was good - pretty much what we hoped! Hot fries, burgers were mostly assembled.And that's all the good there was! Everything else stunk. We were ignored at the parking speaker for 5+ minutes (no one else at any of the others at 6:30 on a Friday night - I guess everyone else already knew), before we just went to the drive through. The young lady took our order with the absolute minimum words possible to take an order (we checked with Guinness. Not a record, but close). And once we got to the window, nothing. No words, just the passing of the food with a blank stare. I was overly nice, as I have a tendency to be when I'm faced with the awkwardness of astonishingly poor customer service. That's all you can do.In other words, give us your money, here's your food, keep moving!We'll check out someplace else next time, and all the other times afterward.

They seem to be unable to make orders right. My burger has so much mustard and mayo on it I ended up trashing it. They also forgot the cheese that goes with their pretzels sticks. Those are usually good but today they were hard and over cooked and didn't taste fresh.

Bro this food was actually dook,, asked for honey bbq sauce on my jumbo popcorn chicken and it look like she came on the food with the sauce. I ordered rotisserie chicken off of shein and it was better than ts.

I ordered a chicken sandwich that had obviously been sitting under the warmer for a very long time. The bun was stale and the chicken was dry and hard. Very disappointed!
