Friendly people if you can get them to work on your order. I found out the hard way that you get better service if you order through the window, even if the line is long. The car lines were so long that we thought we'd get our drinks faster if we walked in and ordered at the counter. That's not how it works. If the car lines are long, the drivers get priority. We had to wait over 30 minutes before Starbuck employees even STARTED on our order. And then they screwed it up. No way I'll ever pay for another overpriced coffee from this dump.

NEVER leave reviews, but this place has never done me wrong. It's my secret Starbucks when the drive-thru Hanbury location is slammed. On top of that, the customer service has always been exceptional. These folks do a great job all with a radiating smile on their face. Thanks Jon!

My drink was wrong. It was correct on the outside of the cup but the guy was so busy talking to one of his customer friends that he made it wrong. I could not return it because I had to be to work & of course there's no number for this location. Wasted my money
