I'm so glad they opened back up. I had to go to another Starbucks while they were closed, and my lattes were not the same as the ones in this location. They always make it right here and have great customer service.
Not once have they honored my special requests to my drink orders made via the app for drive through pick up. If u order a drink, expect it to be exactly as its "standard" Made regardless of whether or not your customizations cost extra or not. So

Drinks are inconsistent in quality and service is often slow. I typically order ahead in the app, and the estimated time provided is rarely correct.They seem to prioritize the drive-thru, which is reasonable, but not ideal when I have to wait an extra 20 minutes for my drink that I ordered 20 minutes prior.This is a convenient location for me, but I will drive further to get my money's worth.
