3 times....3 times it took them to make a crunch wrap and still got it wrong the 3rd time!!! All that was asked was to replace the lettuce with potatoes, FINALLY got that right but where the hell is the nacho cheese that's supposed to come on it! It's freaking taco bell not rocket science if you're too incompetent to make a taco just quit!

I paid $16 for a steak, grilled cheese burrito, a double beef, melt burrito, and a chicken enchilada burrito. The steak grilled cheese burrito didn’t even have steak in it they had beef, the chicken, enchilada burrito was cold, and the double beef burrito fell apart in my hands as soon as I took it out of the package. This Taco Bell usually does not do me wrong, but the staff working at this Taco Bell at around 5 to 530 was clearly careless with their service and food preparation

The employees need to pay attention to the orders, I ordered 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and a soft taco supreme and they gave me a soft taco with lettuce and 2 soft chicken tacos with chipotle sauce. They need to read the orders and know what they gotta make. I think this is my worst time at this Taco Bell.

Worst one in Chesapeake! They said they ran out of hamburger and all they had left were chicken tacos. Then they said we had to pay MORE money for the tacos because they were chicken and not beef. So, hey, who is responsible for making sure they have sufficient supplies on hand so that the customers aren't impacted?! Yep, you got it ... their management. Which is clearly lacking. And, their window people have virtually no Customer Service training, either. No, "thank you's, no we're sorry, or please come back again." They act like they hate their job and they're doing you a BIG favor by even taking your order. Typical "you owe me!" attitudes. Save your money. Food is lousy and the service is wor
