i usually am a huge taco bell supporter but today they’ve really let me down i paid $20 for my meal and this is what they gave me the service was good but i guess that was to compensate for the horrible meal they gave me i mean come on i really paid for this? this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting and i honestly don’t even want to go back to this establishment IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. so there’s no need for my food to have come out to look like this.

I've been eating here for 6 years! Whoever the Caucasian lady is with blonde hair on the night shift, I hope she's the manager!!! She's polite, swift and knows her stuff. You can hear her telling the other workers the orders and expecting them to get it right. She's the only reason I eat here. The one on college drive is TRASH in comparison!!!
Chalupas were hard/tough. It was as if they had been prepared and left to sit! Not good at all. We won't be going back!!

Very slow.Dine-in orders are placed on a kiosk. Miss the human touch of personal service.I had a question about a new entrée and had to wait for someone to recognize I was at the counter.Will stick with drive-thru where humans interact.

We were in line for approximately 20 minutes. 3 minutes to order. 17 after order was placed.
Always a problem with my order everytime I go. I paid extra for a steak chalupa and got beef. If i wanted beef i wouldve gotten a taco! Portsmouth blvd location is better and always gets my order right!
The slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Waited 40 minutes with no way to get out of the drive thru lane.

I had the pleasure of my order being taken at the drive thru by Daniela...and oh my goodness was she the epitome of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees like her are the what make the company look good and she should be recognized for her excellent work. The line was about 6 cars long and it moved rather quickly. The food was good and fresh. Good job Taco Bell ?

Food is typically good. However tonight, despicable. This looks nothing like the pictures. Literally looks like someone excreted this from their body. Plus there's a piece of lettuce in it, how does that even happen? Chalupas were not hot either.

This was by far the slowest and worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell. It took 25 minutes to get our order and we were the only ones besides one other person who got a drink and bean burrito. I ordered a very simple order for my 8 year old and I and I thought that maybe they just didn't even get the order. The fries came out soft and room temperature, my burrito was cold and it took another 10 minutes to get somebody to get me French fries and it took another 20 minutes for that to get done do not go here if you value the taste of food and the purpose of fast food.Parking: Trash everywhere
