Do not purchase any Fried rice! Its not good at all! I eat rice almost everyday and I know the type of rice from cheapest to expensive! I ordered chicken fried rice and its nasty It tasted like they use the cheapest rice! It has a distinctive smell like a cockroach or infested rice! Ewee! The fried chicken is yuck! Overall its nasty! Beware

Drunken noodle w/ tofu was great and my parents said mango & panang curries were also good. Veg egg rolls were a nice appetizer as well. I regret not getting tom yum soup because it also looked great and I love spicy food. Medium level spicy was not very much on my drunken noodle tho, would def go a level higher than expected if you're a fan of spicy foods like I am. Also, I liked the cute fish at the front of the restaurant named BuBu and indoor ambiance looked lovely altho I was only there for takeout :^) Would love to come by again and have a few drinks at the bar once it's safe to do so.

Bought the red curry (chicken) with rice. The rice portion was very small. I wanted it medium hot and didn't taste any spice at all. Curry tasted somewhat sweet. Wasn't a bad taste just not what I expected. Lovely people with good customer service. I'd eat here again.

Great location for Thai food. Fast and courteous service. Bring your hunger - portions are generous.

If you like Thai food, don't eat here. Worse thing I've ever eaten. Well didn't eat, threw away 70.00 in food.

I didn't even know they had a 2nd location in Chesapeake but it's definitely a welcoming spot for the shopping center. It is next to Home Emporium for reference. I tried them first at the Norfolk location and it was just alright to me. I was a little skeptical trying them out again but I wanted Thai food and this was the first Thai restaurant I passed. Glad I did! Went for the usual Shrimp Pad Thai - no spice or peanuts. It smelled good so I had my fingers cross it taste just as good. It was still warm when I got home and I was surprised by the amount they give you. Some places be soooo stingy but they offer a good amount. The taste... was good -yummy!! Very flavorful! It was still saucey and not all dried out like I always run into with Pad Thai at other restaurants. The shrimp was cooked well, and they were nice size. I had my own chili powder and it was a wonderful dish. But there were no bean sprout. So it was just noodles, eggs, and few scallions so that was a bummer. Anyways hope to visit again and try out their other dishes.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Chesapeake. I’m from Hawaii and used to authentic Thai food. It’s farthest from us, but worth the drive. The green curry has amazing flavor. The fresh spring rolls are also delicious. And don’t forget to wash it down with a Thai iced tea. The only downside is they no longer carry sticky rice, but still deserves 5 stars because the flavor of the curry outshines the other Thai restaurants.

I've had this place twice through delivery and it's been excellent each time. Huge fan of the curry puffs and the drunken noodles. I will say I did not get what I would consider "extra" chicken in my noodles, and i thought the order of curry we got should have had more food. Really delish though

The good points of this place is that the people are nice and friendly and it looks clean inside. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are big. Now for the bad points but let's try to be fair. The way food is cooked can very with different areas within the same country. I'm asian myself so food does vary a little from north and south and such. I have no idea what region the drunken noodles technique this is from but it does not taste like what I am used to. I've had Thai food from all over and beside the place in Texas this is the second worst I've had. The flavor has a Smokey flavor which is fine, if it wasn't like Smokey bbq flavor. I personally don't like the wide rice noodles they use here. The kind I'm used to is much wider and holds onto flavor much better and is not dry. Obviously the noodles dishes arent supposed to have broth in it but it's not supposed to be "choke on your food" kind of dry either. This is a place for those with more Americanized tastes. It's not great, flavor wise, hence the two stars. I will look elsewhere for the Drunken noodles close to what I've had in Washington D.C.

Doesnt look like much when you walk past, but the food is authentic and delicious. Customer service is good, and you get to add your own spice to make it perfect for you which I like. Masamum Curry with Chicken for me. I'll definitely be back.

This food was decent. I ordered the coconut soup, fresh spring rolls, and pad see eew. They were all good minus the fresh spring rolls as the wrapping was soggy for some reason.

I have had food here a few times and I have been disappointed every time I do. The first time I tried this place was with a friend who had never had Thai food before so expectations were high since it is my absolute favorite and I was raving about how good the cuisine is. I ordered pad Thai and he ordered drunken noodles. They were nothing to write home about. I ordered from here again on DoorDash because they had a deal and I thought that first experience might have been a one time thing. I got pad Thai again, and I was disappointed again. It just tastes too much like tomato and not enough like those delicious Thai flavors I know and love. This time I ordered something completely different because maybe I thought I might just not like the way they make their pad Thai. I ordered green curry and Tom kha soup, which are two of my favorites. I realized what this place lacks: flavor. They seem to skimp on the spices. Just because there is just enough green curry paste in my curry to tint it green, does not mean it is enough to actually deliver that amazing green curry flavor. The soup was also lacking in flavor. From what I remember, the dine-in service was good and I commend them on how quick the the door dash orders are filled. However, if you're a Thai food fanatic like me, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

Great flavor. Very friendly staff. Fresh and genuine Thai food. Be cautious on your spice level selection- 5 is plenty hot. 10 is thermonuclear.Park to the left away from the corner business as there is lots of foot traffic there.
