Tried Twisted Crab 4 the 1st time & was delicious ?...My shrimp was slightly overcooked still good. I got Cajun Gralic butter with 2 boil eggs. I love that seasoning. They take to long to wait on you.

This use to be a nice place, the manager was arguing with a customer at the table. Instead of moving it out of the area. I ordered a drink from the bar. I had to stop my waiter after 25 minutes had went by since he didn’t even brink me a water cup to remind him of my drink. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes before my meal came. I had to ask for napkins, a straw, and silverware. Only good thing I can say was the man that was in charge of cleaning the tables did a good job.

we reserved a room for a party of 20. then the general manager or what eva and came and said there is another party so yall will have to fit a two tables. then everyone was like we reserved this room just for us what is going on. then they said well if u wanted a private room u had to put down a deposit. (now lemme tell u they didnt say nun of that on the phone they didnt mention a thing) so everyone was going off then they said have a good night cause yall are not getting served and they kicked us out.

everything about the experience was great! our waiter gave us an outstanding performance on which item to chose from the menu, we loved it! I think the name was Danisha her name, im not sure i spelled it right but YALL TREAT HER WELL because she treated us with the utmost care.p.s… you guys have the best corn out there, just saying!

What is going on with all the Twisted Crab locations. You never know when they will be opened or closed. Who the heck is managing these joints? Apparently no one. Come by during normal posted hours and the lights are off and no one's inside. So many of these places have opened up in or around malls but very seldom are they open.???
Ordered the T1 special and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The young man who took my order displayed great customer service. Will definitely visit

This place cost to much to be messing to-go orders up then they want you to bring the whole bag back like its around the corner. Bad service and food tastes like it was made in somebody kitchen. Not impressed at all!

Danisha was our waitress and she was ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!!! It was a last minute, let's get lunch and let's go here type of day. Let me tell you...They ain't disappoint!! Danisha helped suggest certain drinks and combos, her professionalism was top notch and beautiful personality was infectious! Definitely coming back!!
