When we did our tasting my husband and I both said this is something that we would order out at a restaurant but expected the food to be not as good when it was made for 135 people. Well, we were wrong it was absolutely perfect. We have had so many people tell us that it was the best food at wedding they have ever had. When feeding 135+ people you know it isn't going to be cheap and to say our money was well spent would be an understatement!Now for the staff!!! WOW WOW WOWZanny and Caroline went above and beyond communicating with me before the event. there were multiple changes I had to make and sooo many emails i sent them and they never made me feel like i was bothering them.The staff at the wedding was amazing as well! There was not a single time a staff member wasn't around and asking me, my husband, or close family if they needed anything.A special shout out to jimmy !!! My day of coordinator couldn't stop talking about how amazing he was!I cannot thank traditions and their staff enough for being a part of the team and going above and beyond for us on our big day!!

The team who did the actual event were so great. They cooked and cleaned and left the venue better than when they arrived. The food was so delicious and a great value. Their communication is incredible, and they will be there for every step. I also would like to mention the staff on the day of, because they were all so nice and helpful. Traditions Catering was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding!! Not only was the food absolutely delicious ( I will be dreaming about those southwest eggrolls and steak tenderloins for awhile), but the service is what put them above the rest. I had the pleasure of working with Zanny and Caroline all the way up until my wedding day. The were very professional, attentive, kind, and confident! They handled every little detail perfectly. I also wanted to shout out the staff that handled my wedding, they were incredible! I truly felt like a princess by the way they made sure I had everything I needed, and even cleaned up my mess when I accidently spilled something. The captain was especially wonderful! If you are debating on hiring Traditions Catering, DO IT, they will not disappoint!!

The manager on both Friday and Saturday were very accommodating to ever changing requests. I was coordinating a wedding Saturday, and as timeliness changed unforseen needs arose the managers on both days were right there, "just let me know if you need anything else." Or " What else can I do for you?" This is true customer service.
