I had to wait an extra 5 mins for my online order that said it would be ready in 10 mins. No one knew that had a "fax" not everyone has "the app" This is the 2nd time this week. They don't check for fax. I hope not to have this problem at another location.

I ordered via the app and was delivered through third party. I did not receive my food (thankfully I had my smoothie). Told by third party delivery that they “did not receive any food.” I called the store and was told they could only “offer a refund” but the manager would need to call me back. Didn’t receive a call after 24hr. I tried calling the store and it continued to ring and ring. Super disappointed.

This particular establishment has some of the worst delivery service I have seen in the area. Not only do they forget to include all items that were ordered, but they also have the gall to inform their customers that it isn't a big deal to not receive everything that they paid for.If you are thinking of ordering food from here, spend your money elsewhere.

Quite a disappointing set of staff. The atmosphere as well as the staff is about as dead as roadkill. No greetings, no goodbyes, just a couple of kids glued to their phones with earbuds in. Super sad.

Ordered from Door dash and had no salad dressing for my salad or straw for my smoothie. I had limited time to eat and no access to these items so I couldn't eat my meal. And I paid almost $30 on DD.

This location is one of the worst and I have been to several in both Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. I walked in on 11/15/23 just before the conclusion of their Happy Hour. Immediately I see two of the workers lounging in the customer's chairs. One female is on her phone and the other male is lying across the table in a hooded. Nice look for customers to see. The young woman behind the register has on a stained shirt which gives me pause. Nonetheless, because I didn't feel like driving the short distance to the other location near Harris Teeter (I soo regretted being lazy!), I placed my order. The next thing I know, the young female that had been sitting at a table in the customer area, walked behind the counter, grabbed a pitcher and was getting ready to make my order! I quickly asked the young woman that had taken my order if the other female was making MY order. She replied "yes". I told her that she (the one making the smoothies) needed to first wash her hands because she had been sitting outside of the kitchen area at customer tables, on her phone. Honey, when I tell you that the energy in the room went left... you could feel the change in the atmosphere! Whew, Chile! The cashier told the other female (who had already overheard me) that she needed to wash her hands. I'm not sure how it was said because words were mumbled. By the way, there were no other customers in the cafe at the time. I would not have sought to embarrass anyone. I would have still spoken up because I don't play about my food or drink, but I would have been more discreet in my request. This girl had such a nasty attitude when walking away, supposedly to wash her hands. She took longer than a couple of minutes in the back. Now, I do believe there is a sink in closer proximity. Why she walked all the way in the back is a mystery to me but you can best believe on your life that I prayed over my drinks before consuming! I prayed for all negativity to be returned to the sender with no harm to me or my stomach! I understand that it's hard finding people who will work for such small wages but whomever is representing the company should do so with professionalism, courtesy and always observe sanitary practices. Washing your hands when returning to work is Serv Safe 101! I won't be coming to this location again. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. The smoothie wasn't up to the same standard as other cafes... it tasted watered down... like there was way too much ice used. I didn't want the hassle of having such a negative person remake my drink. I'll just go to the one off of Progressive. Much better customer service and a cleaner, more sanitary environment.

I placed an order on the app before 8pm. A temporary authorization was placed on my credit card. I arrive at the cafe and the doors are locked. We knock; the employees hear and see us, but ignore off. I call; no answer. The cafe doesn’t close until 9pm, according to their website. Pathetic.

If that neanderthal of a woman taking orders wasn’t wearing her Beats by Dre, maybe she would have heard my order instead of having to pull an ear back and putting me down something not even relatively close to what I ordered. Food was decent, this place needs a hard reset with all new workers.

I placed an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 7:53PM. I walked in at 7:56PM and nothing was prepped. I asked for the order and the lady that makes the smoothie walks to the back to make it. The wrap I ordered wasn’t ready and no one had a clue what my side was. Terrible service.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken flat bread and no cheese but still received cheese. I also ordered a Berry Mango with no mangoes or lime, substitute pomegrante and kiwi but it still had lime in it.
