Forced to visit because of doordash.These employees don't believe it's necessary to let people know when the order that they've been waiting for is ready even though you're the only customer in the place.There is no customer service here. Only hostility towards customers.Always overpriced, rude employees, and every time I come in here, the music sounds like static. There is literally white noise playing on the stereo, No one else seems to notice.

I came in on a weekday in the morning the smoothie was watery and terrible. I’ve never encountered someone so rude and hateful to their employees. This older lady, seemed to be a manager was extremely rude and off putting.

The older lady that was taking my order was really snappy and rude. I felt more of an inconvenience than a customer. The smoothie was flavorless and the wrap was cold. I’ve been coming here for years in the morning before work and this was the worse experience. With the cost of a meal I expect to at least get a smile and a quality product.

There were no other customers in the restaurant when we arrived at 8pm. The server went in the back when we she saw us walk in. It took several minutes for her to return. She was clearly not interested in taking our order or making our food. If you don’t want customers, just close for the night.

*sigh* I would just like to start with saying that I work in food business, so I'm normally pretty understanding. However, today me and my friend went here to grab some lunch. We both order the exact same thing, the Caesar wrap with no tomato. The lady who took our orders looked like she may have been a manager because she was not in regular employee attire. So when our food comes out, she has an employee bring it out to us and he says "one caesar without tomato and one with tomato" (I have nothing against the employee he was just reading the ticket off) I told him that they were supposed to both be no tomato. The manager woman then says loudly from behind the counter "she did not say no tomato!" (Referring to my friend) I was standing right next to her when she ordered and heard her exact say no tomato. The manager woman goes on and says that about 3 more times to the poor employee and they give us the one that is "no tomato" and we wait on the other one to be remade. We receive the second one after them taking their time to make it and we leave. When we finally open them up, the first one they gave us literally still had tomato in it. After all the trouble we went through. We ended up just taking it out, but the real problem was the managers service. Managers are supposed to be the face of the business and have good customer service. Not to mention they should be checking to make sure the order is actually right. I definitely should have checked the other reviews on this place before I came because if I did I never would have came..

Horrible customer service. Food is hit or miss- mostly miss. Don't recommend. If I didn't have health issues that made other fast food impossible I'd never come here. Save your money!

This is the best tropical smoothie that I have been to by far. I really like the cool and calm environment that it is, the cleanliness is awesome and the staff is amazing. The food is really good. I recommend this tropical smoothie.

Don't order here if you are in a hurry, the cubbies are bad because the staff won't call out that your order is ready. The cubbies are separate one labeled as pick up. One not labeled at all. And they can't get the smoothie all in the cup so you get Sticky hands
Hands down the most attractive Tropical Smoothie store inside. The manager was amazing, but it seemed like the crew were a little lost at completing the orders. Really nice atmosphere overall.

I always order the same thing; a Supergreen Caesar Wrap without spinach. Every single time I’ve ordered this, even saying that I still want romaine lettuce in my wrap, I get a wrap without lettuce. It’s just chicken and tomatos.
