Started in the drive threw. People in vehicle at order box were not placing an order, instead was talking to their friends/family inside the store. Got to park the vehicle, walk into the store, place the order, pay, get the cold food, get back into the vehicle, drive out of the parking lot and they were there over the 15 minutes it took with 2 more vehicles behind them. Lady in front was nice giving them a few stars. Unsatisfactory as a whole concidering prices are increasing

I ordered the ghost pepper ranch combo w/ a strawberry ? ? lemonade 2/15/24 @ 2:30PM. I requested my order to be made fresh & the man who took my order was pleasant, assured me he’ll make sure it’s made fresh & informed me of the wait time. He had a smile @ the pmt window & even the other man that handed me my fresh meal had a delightful demeanor w/good customer service. My food & service was 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only reason I went to this location was because my daughter begged me to go. I've had a few issues here before, but I decided to give them another chance. When I arrived, they only took exact change or cards because they were out of one-dollar bills. It was no biggie for me, but many others were walking out soon after coming in. I went to get our drinks, and there was no ice in the drink machine ? Then I went to grab ketchup, and there was no ketchup ? The only saving grace was that my daughter didn't notice any of it and we had a good time hanging out with each other.I would not recommend getting the Crispy Chicken BLT because they burnt the bacon, and the chicken patty looked like they found it dried out under a fryer. I'll drive to a different Wendy's next time my daughter has a craving. This one is poorly managed.

The drive thru was closed for some reason, so we came inside to order. The young woman who took our order was very friendly/efficient. Our food was correct and brought to us quickly, but everything was room temperature or cold.

Your average fast food dining experience. My review is limited because I ordered ahead online so all I had to do was swing through drive thru and park by the door to wait for an employee to bring me the food. I did not have to wait too long and they actually brought everything and the order appeared to be correct. They were -not- skimpy on the condiments and napkins and stuff. The only complaints I can think of is that the food was not super fresh (it was 10:30 p.m. so it's bound to happen) and that they crammed a rather large, family order into one big bag. Fries scattered, nuggets on the loose, squished sammiches... I used to be a manager for a fast food chain so I was taught about proper bagging of items and have somewhat high expectations when I visit other fast food joints. I will admit that the two employees that I had interactions with were both pleasant. Brownie points! Also, great location.

Floors are dirty. They had my mobile order for 30 mins and I still got to the store and it's still not ready. They took multiple orders even after my order was printed out. I don't recommend going here.

They forgot my toddlers toy in her happy meal! There should be some compensation for all the gray hairs I have inherited today due to my toddlers meltdown because you're inability to put a small tiny toy in a bag... Giving a one star on the atmosphere since I had to deal with a one-star atmosphere. Actually it was like a negative five star atmosphere.
