Placed a breakfast order for two sandwiches and was totaled out wrong, drove all the way back to talk to a manager and she basically didn't want to help told me to contact corporate smh on top of that my sandwiches were dry but I didn't want to bother giving them back at that point.

This wendy's is terrible. I went in for an order and while waiting i witnessed a customer make a back-handed death threat to an employee. the managers did nothing to resolve the issue and the employee finished her order and looked like she was about to cry. This place has no morals and with staff like that i would never come back! They need to do better and actually solve problems.

I wanted to recognize the crew tonight at battlefieldWendy's across from the shell by cedar road. After havinga bad day I needed a pick me up and These people arekillin it right now and running with it very strong crew.Walked in cause I didn't want to wait in line and they gotme taken care of fast and accurately with a smile. !Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the crew ! (P.s. those new caramel cold brews were delicious )

It seems like more times than not they cannot get the order correct. Last night was no different as I ordered a baconator no ketchup and the response was "asiago combo". No l repeated slowly again my order. Pulled around and picked up my order and opened the burger before leaving the drive thru. You guessed it! Ketchup. As I held the up the order they ignored me. Finally had to blow the horn. After waiting for way too long and a line behind me they came back. Can I pull over there and wait? No thanks, here's my drink and credit card back, please do a refund. ... Manager comes over " I can't do a refund you ordered on the app" . No, no I didn't and why would I give you my credit card which never left my hand? All of a sudden my burger appeared... With half the fried missing. Are you kidding me?CHECK YOUR ORDER HERE. DON"T LEAVE THE WINDOW.

Store was nasty on the inside and the food was terrible when I complained about receiving the wrong food the unprofessional young girl batted her eyelashes and smacked her lips lol smh I'm wrong for complaining about my $12 wrong order NEVER AGAIN
