I rarely write bad reviews, but my family and I had a terrible experience here. The food was extremely expensive, and subpar at best. That’s not even the worst part… they just “decided” they were going to close early that day and locked the doors and stared at us while we tried to eat lunch. THEN continued to turn the lights off and go sit in the back while we were trying to eat. Disgusting service, will never go back.

Way over priced for the quality and quantity of food you receive. The Philly tasted like microwaved meat and veggies from a steamer bag. The ice machine was either empty or broken, and some sodas weren't available (none of this was advertised before paying for the items). Not to mention the speed of service, which was miserable. Multiple people waiting for their orders, and mobile orders being processed before customers inside waiting for the remainder of their food to be prepared.For the same cost, you can eat at Noodle man next door and get a MUCH better experience.

The subs were really good. Better than subs that I'm used to from your typical sub places. The staff was super friendly, the fries were fresh and the sandwiches were hot. I recommend this place.

First time at this location and was very impressed with the staff who was friendly and helpful. Sandwich was great! Fries were great! Shake was amazing! Cashier. Who I believe was the manager asked if I was military, which indicated to me, she understand her demographic area. We were able to get a discount for our service! Thank You! We will be back…

The staff was super friendly and kind. I liked the food here but there is room for improvements. I wanted to give a 3.5 but that option wasn't avail. The customer service helped pull it to a 4. The bread was pretty good.i got a Philly and it was ok. My friend got the cheeseburger sub they both had what seemed to be boiled beef slices sorta like you would expect from a French dip. The burger should have patties on it and the Philly should have the beef Sautéed on a griddle. The fries were really short and lack luster. I was really in the mood for fries and it didn't really scratch that itch. I assume the fries all come from a distributor that all locations in the franchise use and the beef is the same way. Their research and development department may want to take a different approach to some of these meals. I wanted it to be really good as I drove from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake to try it. Again the staff were excellent and I have no doubt they were following franchise protocol. Just the vision of what I expected the sandwich to be was skewed.

The lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak. Never eaten here and decided to give it a shot since Mr Jim’s was closed.Nope.I’ll wait till they’re open.If your idea of a good cheesesteak is a soft white roll with cheese melted on the bread and all the other stuff on top heated up using what ever it is they use to “toast” it with then this is your shop.Melting and heating up is not toasting.

Dayna greeted us with a big smile and told about the menu selections. She gave a sample of the Wich sauce to try with our toasted Club Wich. The servers brought our orders out with beautiful smiles. When asked, Dayna told me about all the catering options- she is passionate about her job. This was an enjoyable Saturday lunch experience!

Got the Cali Club which was horrible. It was very bland! Wawa hoagie is 5 star, top tier, compared to this flavorless, unsavory and overpriced sandwich. I didn't even taste half of the items listed on the sandwich. Where's the meat?? Yeah, it was wasn't there! If you chew to fast, you'll miss it. Such a disappointment when you hungry!
