Customer service bad. Was waiting on food. They left my food on the counter about 20 minutes. The waiter came next to us to put salt shaker on the table never once did he mentioned food was ready. A young lady came to table to inform us our food been ready. She could've bought over the food. It was a lazy crew working register. The service was spot on the first time. Young people need training in customer service.

The chicken was great BUT I was scammed from this location. When I gave the drive through clerk my card she took pics of the front and back of my card and now I have fraud charges on my account. I reported them so I’ll get the money back. Another girl blocked the view so I couldn’t see her take pics of the card but now I’m aware of it. If you come here or any place where you hand someone your card just use cash! It makes me sad the people are this broke that they resort to scamming others. We need to raise minimum wage. Let’s start there.

Food is always good, but there's an older white lady with white hair that works in there sometimes and she's very unpleasant to deal with.I always get my chicken tenders tossed in the sauce because that's how I like it and that's how I've always had it at Zaxby's. Whenever she isn't working it isn't a problem, but she doesn't seem to understand why I would want to upcharge my meal 50 cent.She also told me that my very official looking coupon that came in the mail didn't actually honor loaded fries when on the coupon it said that it did. Definitely seem like a lady that was just trying to protect the honey pot. I got fried pickles instead and I probably only got a half of a cup.I eat at this location probably once every 2 weeks and the food is normally on point, but you might find you and your girlfriend getting home with a bunch of extra stress you got from a hard-headed old lady.Kudos to everyone else at the establishment.

Second time in the past 2 weeks that Ive order chicken fingers from this store and they forgot to give me sauce with my meal. Pay attention and burned, im 30 min from the store now im not going back for sauce so I guess ill dip this chicken in some air. Thats they only reason I eat your expense food. You have the audacity to ask for all this money from customers for fastfood now and you cant manage to get an order right. People need to boycott fastfood in general the prices go up but the service gets worse. Take a lesson from Chickfila and stop being lazy. Only 2 customers at the store. #iwantmysauce

My experiences here aren't too bad usually but today I went through the drive thru and for one the girl on the speaker already sounded like she had an attitude but food came out quick, wasn't a wait time at all. I sat in my car eating my food then suddenly found something in my chicken, i honestly don't know what it was but the manager was nice and gave me my money back. So customer service wasn't bad, just wouldn't come to this zaxbys for chicken tenders because whatever that was didn't look edible.
