5 stars all across the board! My family and I were visiting VA from Ohio this past weekend (Jan. 27th). We decided to stop by this restaurant to grab lunch before hitting the road back home. Andrew and Mike provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Two breaded chicken sandwiches were part of our order but someone accidentally got the order incorrect from the grill. They sent up grilled chicken sandwiches instead. When my mother and I relayed this information to the guys, they immediately corrected the order with a smile. Even with it being a busy hour, they still handled the front desk and drive-thru with grace. They made my family and I feel welcomed and are the reason that wee will visit again. They deserve recognition. Thank you again!

They have had their dining room closed since December due to being short staffed and I waited in their drive thru for about 10mins then I didn’t even get asked if I wanted boneless or traditional wings with my order and I always get wings and things with traditional wings with wimpy
Last night I had pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:46pm and was immediately greeted with a "Be right with you" over the intercom. I then read a sign over the speaker that stated "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be closing at 6pm this evening. We will reopen with normal hours tmrw." Ten minutes go by without any followup on the intercom. No attempt to take my order, like they had turned it off all together. I at least took the hint without losing my cool or making a scene and simply went to another restaurant. I already had a bad experience with this particular location in the past, but after last night I will confidently state that I am finished visiting this establishment altogether.

Ordered dinner including a grilled chicken sandwich meal, house salad, and 5 pc buffalo wing. Went down the street (not even 5 minutes away) and the wings were cold, the sandwich was dry (the grilled chicken was also cold), and the salad was tasteless. The dressing packets were small and not enough for the salad. The fries were warm and the tea was fine. For almost $30 we at least expected the food to be hot. We’ve been to Zaxby’s in the past (this location and others) without problem but the last few times, the quality has gotten less and less. I don’t think we’ll be returning.
