If I could give this place 0 stars I would.We get there, we’re seated pretty fast but the amount of time we had to wait for someone to come and take our drink order was ridiculous! Not to mention it took an hour or probably longer for us to get our food! Service was horrible, food wasn’t even that good. Sausage was overcooked along with the spaghetti. It was just nasty and not a good experience. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting. My veal has this gummy, gooey exterior. The meat itself tastes like it was boiled for days.My partners food wasnt any better. Heaps of cheap pasta with overcooked, borderline expired food on top.I cant believe you serve this to people.

This place is just ok. I ordered gluten free pasta which was overcooked. I added veggies to avoid meat and dairy. The eggplant is breaded and has cheese. That was a disappointment. The asparagus I added was in hard little pieces. Lastly the broccoli that I ordered and was on the bill never made it to my plate. I basically could have made pasta with mushroom tomato sauce quicker at home. The long Island ice tea was gross.

Never reserve the back dining area without having a "written" contract in place. I was charged a $200 deposit and was told the deposit would go on a gift card. The management refused to give me the gift card. I was told that the gift card would be applied towards meals on the day of the event. Immediately upon our arrival, they took half of our seating space and refused to honor the gift card agreement. The General Manager, Blake, took the gift card and used it for his own personal gain. It is called stealing. We have truly gotten to a sad place in the world where establishments steal from the customer. MAJOR ALERT: Do not fall victim to this scam because a scam it is. They made up rules that were never discussed nor agreed upon. A wonderful occasion was disrupted by toxic management. I would advise just stay clear of the restaurant. The management needs to be investigated. How many others have experienced this extortion????Reply to Owner: It is amazing how you have tried to clean up your actions in your response. Please address the rudeness that you and your other manager exhibited. The argumentative tone, insinuation that we, grown and well established women, were going to destroy your room, refusal to take our orders in a timely manner, and displaying unprofessional remarks in front of other customers. All that you stated in your response is not what we agreed upon when I entered your establishment to make the reservation on Feb. 27th. I did not have a count; therefore, you wrote down an estimate. You stated, so long as I had 15 people and a $200 deposit (which would go towards the food) then the room could be reserved. Upon my arrival, I was to let you know my actual count. You need to develop written contracts and provide the utmost professional and respectful courtesies to your customers at all times. Remember, your customers keep your business afloat.To the community, please act with extreme caution when working with this company. They also failed to address that the manager took half of my seating immediately upon my arrival so she could accommodate other guests. When she did not have the crowd she was expecting, it is at that time, she decided not to honor the deposit agreement. This restaurant was well compensated because my guests ordered enough food to cover all anticipated expenses. The bottom line: they did not adhere to a business/customer agreement. They were very rude and downright distasteful in their actions. For these, they deserve a below one-star review and customers need to think twice before using their service.

The integrity of the management team is extremely poor. Today, they argued openly antagonized a customer in front of other guests. To be an onlooker, it was disgraceful and distasteful. The management did not welcome the group positively and from the looks of it, they did not honor their commitment. People are always watching. Management needs to improve and model the service that they wish to receive.

Where are these good reviews coming from? I've never written a review but felt the need for this one. We had our food delivered so of course it wasn't fresh out of the oven, but all the food was rubbery and dry and nearly inedible. It tasted like it had been cooked days ago and warmed up in a microwave. The only reason we ate it was because it took 2.5 hours to get it, and we were extremely hungry. The garlic bread was literally hot dog buns with no discernible garlic. A few ketchup packets were thrown in for our damp onion rings. The pizza was somehow raw and burnt at the same time and also as chewy as a rubber tire. This is the first time I've ever thrown freshly delivered restaurant leftovers in the trash, and I hate wasting food.

I'm shocked at how bad the food is considering the ratings. Everything is dry, rubbery, and hard to chew. The garlic bread doesn't taste like garlic and is basically a cheap sub roll with a little bit of butter. I'll never eat from this place again. I got a full refund for my order.
