Waited more than 10 minutes in an empty restaurant without being acknowledged by any staff. The restaurant was so hot and humid I'm not sure I would have stayed to eat even if someone cared enough to take my order. This was around noon on a Sunday. This place needs HELP.

Went through drive thru. That experience was good. But was not notified that there would be a 25 min wait on the chicken before payment. That was the only thing that lost a star. Food was super hot, fresh, cooked all the way.

The food is always good. However, the service is horrible!! They never have enough staff. You'll be lucky if the lobby isn't closed. They told me it would be a wait on wings. I chose to wait, thinking it would only be about 5 or 10 minutes. I literally waited in my car 30 minutes for 3 wings!! Very poor management and worse customer service.

corporate needs to intervene! It starts with management at this location & whoever is the manager that took over within the last 6 months is horrible!!!!!! Lacking integrity & Poor management skills across the board, times are hard & the staff do not care what they serve you and the loss you have to take when you buy food that’s not up to par and have to go elsewhere and spend due to your meal being soggy and cold! They had it together before the new management took over. No sense of urgency! Poor communication and attitudes, they serve cold sides literally almost every time I buy here & sometimes old stale chicken! They need a serious intervention! HELP THEM PLEASE!!!!!

The biscuits were hard along with the cinnamon roll. The fries were stale as well. It was like everything had been sitting out for hours. The girl who took my order was very rude. No customer service skills at all. Just a bad experience, all the way round. Usually, the customer service is hit or miss but this visit was the worst.

Their chicken and other products are good when they have it. This location for some reason is often out of chicken french fries. They completely removed their soft drink machine and I seriously doubt this location will this will stay in business for much longer. Which is sad because they have some of the better tasting chicken in my humble opinion in the area. But they are surrounded by a sea of chicken places so competition is high.

Last night I decided to give Bojangles in chester a second chance from the last time they gave me cold food. Well, they absolutely failed in every way possible! The employees were in the back having lots of giggles, which I'm all for as long as I don't have to sit there for 15 minutes before seeing anyone who will take my order. I had to holler, does anyone back there take orders, and finally, the girl talking in the office having giggles came up and said she was stocking things(lie) we got the food to go because the dining room was filthy. We drove 1.2 miles home and every side we ordered was cold. Who likes cold mashed potatoes? I threw my drink out because I didn't trust the employee who had lied to me not to do anything to it. I feel this place owes me nearly $40 for 2 trips of cold food but maybe ill just stand outside and warn people of this one and try to persuade them to eat elsewhere. This starts from management down. This place should get cited for serving food that isn't held to proper temperatures. Although the chicken was at least hot
