The absolute worse experience my first and last time ordering from BWW. I had the 6 piece lemon pepper wings, 2 kids meals(burger and boneless wings) chips n dip with queso and chilli on the side. The food was picked up and dropped off to me within 10 minutes. There was no reason for my food to be cold as if it were sitting out all day. One of my queso’s was missing. The fries were disgusting. My lemon pepper wings were so dry and hard and the seasoning was not seasoned evenly. I barely ate my food. My kids said the burger was good but the boneless wings were too spicy (sweet bbq sauce) I didn’t think it was spicy but it was just OK. Overall bad experience. Never again.

I was disappointed by today’s service. When we were there, the bar tender was yelling across the restaurant, and there was tons of food and trash all over the floors. Our entrées also came out cold. Our appetizer was not cold, but it came out before we even got our water (a table of 4). My partner ordered a beer at the beginning of dinner and 30 minutes later, our server came back to say they were out. 25 minutes later we still didn’t have the beer. I walked up to the bar to check on it, and it had been sitting with the ticket on it so long the bar tender gave me a fresh one to take back to the table. I had to wave down two other servers to get silverware for the table. After asking 3 servers, we still didn’t have silverware. I ended up getting up and getting this on my own as well It was not a great experience.

Seems like dressings were watered down, especially blue cheese. Got charged for celery and carrots but had no celery or given extra carrots. Chicken was fried too gard and dry.Will try again. Maybe this was an off night. Staff was pleasant.

I got the hot wings. They didn't have much flavor and where definitely lacking in the heat. Other people in the group said their food was good so I just ordered the wrong flavor. Food came out promptly but the ability to get your drink refilled was lacking.

The service is what really ruined it for me. The host was slow/not friendly, the waiter was slow& not attentive she was nice. All the TVs settings were blurry, to bright or to dark. Food was good. I just assume get take out.Wheelchair accessibility: They did have a good table for my friend who was in a wheelchair.
