We came here one night and it seemed to run by teens . There were ingredients missing that they didn’t tell anyone until you got to that point . What’s a bowl without cheese ? They didn’t seem to care , although the place was packed. They didn’t even have white rice and the brown rice was so undercooked I couldn’t even eat my bowl. What a disappointment.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Station was messy, they couldn't even fold the burritos correctly, didn't listen to any of our orders and gave out the tiniest portions of meat nd would give another tiny scoop and count it as a extra charge-Never going back my burrito dry af lol

The general manager, Steve, was just as bad as the staff. Their attitudes were horrible. The food bins were near empty and dry. Two of the servers were sucking their teeth and just in an all-around bad mood. No one smiled. I will never ever go back to the Chester Chipotle again, nor will I ever recommend it, and the general manager Steve needs to be replaced with a friendly respectful person who does not join in to talk badly to customers with the staff.

They’re not clean and they can be rude sometimes. I order from them as well and didn’t get everything I wanted and pay a lot of money.
Have been to this location 3 times lately, have walked out empty handed each time. The don't close until 11pm, I get there at 7:45, no brown rice, no grilled veggies, no sour cream and no cheese. Grill is closed not cooking anything else, I will never go to this location again. Staff was rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. Second night in the row coming here around 8pm. I’m currently pregnant and crave chipotle daily and this location is the closest to my home. What bothers me is they don’t close until 11 but they are always out of something . Yesterday they were out of corn, lettuce , guacamole and tomatoes. Today they are out of tortillas , tomatoes and guacamole. Why??? Because they are too lazy to run in the back and get it or they are not prepping enough. I know for a fact a truck didn’t come over night and brought them the lettuce and corn they were out of yesterday. Why stay open till 11pm if we can’t enjoy the full menu. All you all serve are TWO MENU ITEMS. Burritos and bowls . So how the hell are you out of tortillas and ingredients used to make these two things. I’m so upset and disappointed because as I said before I am pregnant and would love to have my burrito right about now.

Food usually good, but not Cava level at this location. The cleanliness is absolutely appalling. Literally every time you walk into this place and look around garbage cans are overflowing, food is everywhere, and seriously ice skating rink are less slippery. No one cares or does any sort of cleaning in this location. Management must be smoking dope somewhere. Everyone should be fired for the standards this place possesses.
