Just purchased pancake mix. Where it’s kept in the store it’s too high to reach (6 feet tall or more on the shelf). Saw some behind cashiers and they asked me to get it off the shelf. I informed that I am only 5 ft tall and cannot reach. They said the ones behind them are for show only. The cashier did go over and get a box for me.

Here we go again today 5/4/24 I placed my order thru the app at 11:15 a.m. order was to be ready at 12:33 p.m. I arrived at curbside spot #4 checked in at 12:33 got message order will be out shortly. 12:55 no order husband went in to see where was the order wasn't ready. I called inside was told it will be out in a few. 1:21 I finally got my good the lid to the greens wasn't on right so I had a soggy bag of greens and biscuits. The only thing that was right was the sweet tea. I do better ordering and having it delivered. Sad part my damn greens was cold. Thanks again for ruining my day

Very disappointed in the Chester Cracker Barrel . I made a to go order over the phone the other day and the lady taking my order was very rude!When I get there to pick it up it isn’t ready and the lady that took my order purposely did not have one of my the meals I ordered on my ticket!I didn’t have time to wait 30 more minutes for them to go make it!Their employees and service have been going down lately! When I go in there to eat it takes forever to get your food to the table and the waitresses always make mistakes on what you order!!

Great place to stop during road trips. The food was fulfilling and heartwarming. This could be classified as the true country experience. Maybe.The service was quick and simple. Had a great time.I recommend the roast beef dish.

I don't know what happened to cracker barrel. The food used to be great up to a couple of years ago, I just can't do it anymore. Do better and make some fresh biscuits.
Service not the best. In the walk way there was a big puddle of Syrup.. the waitress laid a napkin on top of the Syrup & left it there.. Several employees STEEPED ON IT.. STEPPED IN IT.. TRACKED IT AROUND... and nothing was done to clean it up until a customer asked them to mop.Wheelchair accessibility: My mother is in a wheelchair and it is very hard to get through the isle.. especially WHEN THERES SYRUP EVERYWHERE ????????

Food and service was good. But hostess on 4/15 that morning was more worried about socializing with people seated than seating people that were coming in to dine. Myself and others had to wait to get seated because of this and then when leaving saw here walking around the store on her phone talking rather than seating customers who were waiting.

I hate to do this because the service was great. But the place was really not clean. I fault ownership mostly for this because it was poorly kept inside and out. There was trash on the floor right next to where we were sitting and eating. The bathroom floors were stickey. Men's and Women's. (my wife used the bathroom also) After coming out you could hear your shoes sticking to the floor. Outside, the place had overgrown weeds instead of grass, and garbage was present throughout. Like I said, service was great, waiter was very good. Food was not bad. But note to ownership: get over to your location and clean the place up or hire someone to do it.

This little country store always seems to have something that makes me pull out my wallet and not mind doing so. Plenty of beautiful gifts just waiting to be bought for that special someone. They always have awesome seasonal gifts. The food is always great. Breakfast served all day. The biscuits were warm and buttery.
