They didn't have any chicken... Ridiculous!!! 9pm .. closes at 10pm... They didn't think it was necessary to cook a batch of chicken at this time even when we said we'd wait . Shame!! No wonder KFCs are closing their doors permanently!!

The woman's bathroom door doesn't lock. Employee walked in on me hovering over the toilet trying to urinate. Employee also stated that the door hasn't been able to lock for weeks. Hopefully management will get it fixed soon.

Complete chaos. They are slow to make the food and complete the orders. Nobody seems to be managing anyone or anything here. Eventually if the food comes out it seems fine. Floor needs cleaning.

I was super skeptical about anything when I went through the drive through and had to wait a super long time for my food but i was super amazed how awesome it was when I ate it, everything was fresh and hot, so hot I could barely eat it, it was awesome! Kudos freaking outstanding spicy chicken sandwich and French fries ? ? ?
