Walked in for an interview and was asked to wait in the waiting area. The walls were grey with built up dust. The seats in the waiting area were so covered in dust and pollen that you could see the imprints of people who had sat down. The manager for my interview was late despite being the staff member who told me to wait when I first walked in. Staff was standing around while there were tables to be wiped down and people waiting to be seated. Once the interview started the manager had no paperwork to take notes or even a copy of my application to look over. When I asked about the pay for the posted hostess job and was told the pay was almost $5 under legal minimum wage because they counted tips towards hourly pay.

The service was ok. We were seated quickly and everyone was polite, but the restaurant was dirty. It wasn't a busy night, and there were plenty of staff, but multiple tables had not been bussed properly. The menus and tables were sticky and unclean. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries had no flavor whatsoever, they were literally overcooked potatoes slivers with no seasoning at all. The cheese burger was also completely unseasoned and was so greasy I almost couldn't finish it. The best thing this place going for it is that it's in a relatively good neighborhood compared to the immediately surrounding areas. It needs a top down scrubbing and a menu revamp.Parking: Plenty of on site parking with multiple handicap accessible spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorways and isles make it easy to maneuver with a wheelchair.

It’s been a while since we visited an O’Charley’s. The food was okay. Service was lacking at this particular restaurant. The restaurant is showing signs of age.

Valentine's Day early dinner date with another couple 3pm, no crowd yet. It's been about 15 years since I've eaten at O'Charleys. I was actually looking forward to eating here, but CHARLEY drop the ball. It's embarrassing when you invite others out to dinner with you, and it's not what you expected. Pricing was no problem. I had the Bayou Salmon, which was just okay. My husband had the Southern Surf & Turf. The chicken tenders were DRY/OVERCOOKED with burnt chips on the tenders. The couple with us had a cheeseburger and club sandwich. The waiter was okay, nothing special or extra. After dinner, I had a strawberry maragrita. How do you serve a warm margarita?

It took them over 10 mind to say hi or take my drink order and even had to get the manager involved. Ordered a steak med temp and it came out well done. Sent it back and got the re-fire at a med rare temp. Not looking to go back anytime soon and would not recommend.
