Their sign says the lobby closes at 11PM. But they don't allow you to simply walk in a pick up your order. They make you sit in the drive through because they fail to abide by their own business hours. If one selects pick up, they should be able to pick up their order right away, especially if it's sitting right there on the counter. When I called to ask if I can get my order the guy said the sign is wrong which is a completely false statement.

I went to pick up some sides for dinner on the way home from work. Im currently pregnant and nauseous like normal. Well in the Popeyes line i literally was about to get sick right then .. the lady at the window was the sweetest person everrrr. Helped me out, gave me an empty cup, ice, water, offered a bag. Im crying and shes like it's okay don't cry. The biggest thank you to her for not judging and being so kind hearted! Oh and my mashed potatoes and biscuits BUSSS thank you Popeyes !

never have been so disappointed from establishment in my life. I ordered two strawberry biscuits and this is the result of one of them. If you're going to eat the biscuit at least take it off the tray so a hungry customer does not get this and is very disappointed. This place should be shut down. It is disgusting.

Never again. Wanted some chicken and to try the new wings, what a mistake. I set a time of 7:40pm to pick up my food. Arrived at 7:35 and saw they were extremely busy. Headed inside to wait and that’s when the fun began. I tried to be very patient because I could see how busy there were. I watched 4 people walk out, 2 of which were doordashers who had their order cancelled. 8pm finally came and no one had even said Hello to me yet. By 8:10 I finally spoke up and was blatantly ignored. The person next to me had asked about their online order and the response from staff was… “we’ll get to it.” I finally left at 8:25 with my good. I will admit, the wings were good, but the fried chicken was sub-par. Woke up today and my wife and I have both been experiencing stomach issues all night and all morning. Between the horrific customer service and not feeling well today, we will never be going there again, and you probably shouldn’t either…

Does not look like the ones i saw on the commercials. How about a greeting or something when you pull up to the drive thru. Such an underwhelming experience.
25 minutes between the time I ordered my food (5:21 pm) and when they started making my order (5:46 pm). They prioritize online orders before in person orders. The manager wouldn't even look at me when I asked about my food or even apologize for the long wait. The worst part.... I ordered spicy chicken and received mild. I didn't bother trying to get them to fix it. I don't think I'm going to come back to this location.

Had the ghost pepper wings and they were good. Normally this location is super busy but I got there at a good time and went right through the drive thru. Only issue was they didnt give me a straw or napkins but I keep some in the car so all was well. Def a good location and good food!Parking: Be careful not to get blocked in your spot by the drive thru line!

Usually have an ok experience at this location. There coupon policy could be clearer. I attempted to use a coupon when ordering my meal and an employee said, “you’re supposed to give me that first”. Employees should know how to key in coupon orders regardless of when an order is placed. I find that I have a better experience at this location when I visit in the morning instead of at night.
