They “closed” at 8:42 (18 min before closing). I walked in and workers said they shut everything off, when I clearly saw everything on still. I’d understand if I had shown up 3-5 min before closing, but 18 min? Cmon now that’s just pure laziness. Owner needs to find new employees because I have no idea how they maintain business like that

A bit crazy that they close the bathrooms down well before they even close the store. So customers who come in can’t even wash their hands or use the restroom. As someone who deals with bladder issues this really pisses me off. And I know it’s only done to try and walk out the store at the end of the night quicker. Places have gotten so LAZY since Covid

Online order wrong. No one wanted to make it right attempted to call store with no answer. Cheese and lettuce was missing from my sub. Not sure how that happens but it did. Clearly says on the order.

On March 27th Monday night, I went to this Subway. there was 2 gentlemen and one young lady working they all did super good they were fast, polite And everything was clean. I've eaten at a lot of subways and this one by far is the best one.
This store in Burmuda Crossings in Chester Virginia does not participate in Buy One Get One Free or Buy One get 2nd at 50%. WHY???This is why I do not go to this store anymore. Ir seems this store does LESS for its customers than other Subway towns.

A very nice Subway (for a change, many are pretty gross). Lovely, friendly, and happy customer service staff. The ingredients looked fresh and our sandwich and salad were decent, from a fast food perspective. I'd stop here again next drive up Rt 95.

Yesterday I and my nephew came in for a roast beef footlong sub and a meatball marinara sub. The employee completely ignored me as he seemed annoyed by my presence. The other employee who called the first employee "Caleb" helped me and my nephew and with my order. The other employee "Caleb" went on to greet and help the other customer like my nephew wasn't even there. Horrible customer service by this employee and I will not be returning for future endeavors!
