On 11/10/2023 at 10:15, I waited in drive-thru with no one in front of me and was asked to hold on. When I got to the window, not very friendly cashier asked me to pull up after a few minutes waiting at window. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, FF and Come as they were out of Diet Dr. Pepper and sweet tea. I got my food the bottom bun was hard, the bacon cheeseburger was not cooked all the way and the French fries tasted like chicken grease. they tasted like they had been cooked...read full review

Went through the drive through with my mom today, got a raw burger in return.This is not the first time we have recieved raw food from this location and incorrect orders. I have also gotten a raw burger from here that led to me getting food poisoning a year or so ago.Just the other day I had an allergic reaction, because they gave me spicy chicken nuggets when I am allergic to capsacian.Numerous occasions we have ordered fries and gotten full potatoes in return.I don't know why...read full review

I bought the Biggie Bad W/Bacon double stack. Sounds big, right? The so-called hamburger patties were the width/thickness of a Pringle potato chip. My daughter actually thought they'd forgotten to put the patties on hers and went back inside. They explained, "it's under the slice of cheese honey".
