I’ve never had the best experience with this location. the pretzels are normally cold and the service is not the best i’ve seen. i’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s before and this location is not the best. their lemonade is super good and they always have fun drinks. it’s not horrible, just not preferred for me personally.
Prezels are good, but the staff is the reason I won't be returning. They are rude and seem like they don't want to be bothered when you approach the counter. I will drive to Chesterfield Towne center before I buy from this location again. SN: CTC is a 25 min drive that I will take over this 3 min drive.

I got the pretzel bites, cheese dip and a drink. The only thing good was the drink. The pretzels were barely warm, they were already sitting in a cup in the warmer when I walked up. They were not fresh at all so they were kind of rubbery. The cheese dip was like gelatin in the cup they gave me. (Prepackaged) I did not enjoy this at all and I was actually looking forward to it.
