This location is always out of just about everything 2 hours before closing. When you come in they say we have no salad dressing, no cheese, no guacamole. This happens about 75% of the time I attempt to eat at this location. Tonight I asked to speak to the manager to ask why id this location always out of most items. The manager didn't really seem concerned about my question. She simply just stated the computer tells them how much to make each day. Well clearly the computer is wrong and it needs to be recalibrated since on most occasions 2 hours before closing they are out of many menu items. Chipotle makes more than enough money and need to prepare enough food each day.

Three out of the last five times I've esten at this location they've been out of guacamole. This time was an hour and a half before closing, but there seems to be no correlation with time of day because the times of my visits have varied. For this to occur so frequently points to poor management and/or poor supervision. Very disappointing for a company that advertises quality.

By far the worst Chipotle in existence. If you go after 6 good luck getting guacamole or chips or cheese or steak or anything. You pay for food you don't get and they're so rude when you ask for a refund on the items you didn't receive they tell you "go to the app" but on the app there is no option for a refund that's why I'm asking the employee for help! If you don't check your bag for your online order you'll get home and be disappointed because your order won't be right you know the feeling of wanting guacamole on your burrito you bite into it and it's not there and you're out 3$ it's terrible!!!! I'll just drive 10 more miles to another Chipotle. I've done surveys and issued complaints against them online all they offer is you free small chips and guacamole that you might not even get if you redeem here since they are always out then you ask for a refund they literally give you food... not your money food they make you go back in because the "reward expires in a certain time frame" I lost my free chips and guacamole that they gifted me on my birthday because they didn't have it it might not be a lot but I'm out 12$ on my last order and at this location I would say 36$ last 4 tries just to see if they have actually listened to complaints... read they reviews here see for yourselfUpdateThis Chipotle is the worst in richmond

I went to this store on the night of January 25, and before I could order, the worker said..."before you order I just want to let you know we are out of guacamole and cheese". Now. The guac I can understand. But what in the world? Cheese? C'mon Chipotle. Do better. I will never go back to this one. And looking at the reviews I'm not the only one.
