Ordered online and my salad had absolutely no lettuce. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home. The restaurant’s trash cans were overflowing and the tables were all dirty.

You need to figure out how to get your rewards system to work with the Chipotle app. I've tried to use it twice now and the order receipt doesn't show the rewards items I ordered. I've now lost 1000 rewards points and the manager is completely clueless and won't honor it.

Horrible attitude from the drive thru crew… I will not be coming back to this establishment…. They just opened and some of the workers already have a bad attitude and deplorable demeanor.

The food is as expected. The problem with the new location off Hull Street is the staff and the complete lack of customer service. I’ve ordered here five times since it opened. They haven’t gotten the order correct a single time. They also constantly run out of guacamole and don’t appear to have the ability to plan ahead. When they get your order wrong, or run out of an item, they won’t reimburse you or comp you for their screw up. If you want Chipotle, go to a different location. Because this location on Hull St near Otterdale Rd doesn’t care about customers.

And just like that went from the best chipotle to the same as all the other shocking establishments - terrible at mobile orders..Now just like all the other chipotles you have to go inside to specifically order the food instead of mobile order. Which I don’t mind but don’t offer mobile order if you cannot read instructions and punish mobile order with half portions and wrong ingredients.Mobile Order wildly wrong - how difficult is it to read an online order.Mobile order = Half portion sizes - it’s almost like they reward you for entering the store is this a policy from corporate. Perhaps so…On the plus side if you go inside the store you usually get a very good bowl/burrito.Advice to future customers… Do not order pick up - go inside….Vegetarian options: Be careful they do not follow instructions

Great service and they give you better portions than everyone else !
Was not greeted kindly upon entering. Steak was dry and seemed to have been sitting out even though we got there pretty early in the day. Given small portion sizes. Did not have any salad dressing made. Stale chips.

Very quick service with a friendly staff! My barbacoa bowl was delicious and warm and will definitely be coming back in the future! (probably too much) There was a rude person in line in front of me and the staff dealt with it professionally and with a smile on their face, not something I could do! Please be nice to your food service workers, people!! Thanks for a great dinner!!
