This is our second time visiting this location. The first time was excellent, especially since we visited on the weekend. However this time, we visited on a weekday. It was not busy inside and there were at least 5 staff members present. We waited for at least 10 minutes to even order our food, with someone even leaving behind us due to the wait. I like the vibe, and the service was great. I just don't care for the biscuits, and that seems important when your name is "Maple Street Biscuit Company." Their biscuits are dense and dry, which only sorta works for their gravy dishes. We tried biscuits and gravy, cinnamon biscuits, "fritaffles" and waffles. I've already been to this place 4 times in just two months. The food is reasonably priced and consistently tasty.
