20 minutes in the drive through, should have left. Get to the speaker to give my order and the take 3 orders in the other lane and ignore me. I spoke up and someone said ' Just a minute'.... I should have left. Finally give my order and actually pay quickly. Then I sit for 10 minutes! Finally get my order...yep, fries are cold....

Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20 am. Arrived to pick it up only to be told it was cancelled because they ran out of breakfast food. Ridiculous! The new term should be disservice industry.

Ordered fish sandwich, small French fries, and large diet coke.Got to pickup window and was given medium diet coke. I questioned the order and the young lady at the window looked at the computer and said that I ordered a medium drink. Few minutes later, I looked at the receipt that clearly had 1 L Diet Coke on it. I was not only given the wrong item but was lied to.

Every time regardless of how busy the drive through will make you park and the food takes a long time to come out. I've never spent less than. 30 min at this drive through. Avoid this mcdonalds if you can.
This McDonald's messes up my order every time. I ask for plain burger, no cheese, no onions, no ketchup and every time it's wrong. If they get that right, they leave things off your order. You have to check your order every time. It's kind of amazing that it's wrong every time.

Ordered hamburger fries and drink. Paid, told to park and waited 20 minutes. Couldn't leave b/c already paid.
Terrible service. I placed an online order for curbside pick up. After checking in at arrival, I waited 20 minutes before going to the drive up window to tell them how long I'd been waiting. About 10 minutes later, my order was brought out, but my coffee was missing. Five minutes later, it was brought out. My thought was that an online order would be the fastest way to get in and out, but with it taking 30 minutes after arrival, I was obviously mistaken.

We go to this location often because of our kids. It’s always busy. The drive through line is long and slow. They need to take a lesson from CFA. Inside is a mess. Drink machine doesn’t work and trash cans are all full.
