I made a mobile order, and it wasn't ready on time, I think they missed my mobile order. I had to tell them. They gave me the wrong order & then had to wait more time till all of it was done.
This is the friendliest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. Their commitment to good service was matched by their efficiency and kindness as well. It was also one of the best cold brews I’ve ever ordered. Best Starbucks in the Richmond area by far!
