Rude. Won’t be going here anymore. I asked for mayo on the side in a little cup. Something they’ve ALWAYS done and never given me any issue with it. That wasn’t the case today. And I KNOW the guy at the window specifically asked them for the cup because I heard him. However, someone gave me a packet of mayo instead. I then went inside and asked for a cup of mayo again. The girl went and checked and I heard someone very rudely tell her, “I gave her a packet.” I felt kind of bad for the girl. She came back and said she was told they don’t do that anymore. What? Since when? And why? In the time it took for them to be rude and argue about it, they could’ve just given me what I asked for. Won’t be going here anymore. It’s not worth it to be treated as an inconvenience, especially with the way prices are. Go to Chick-fil-A where they treat you with kindness and never behave as though their customers are a problem.

I came there with my husband around 12:00 pm for lunch since we are moving to our place order number 10 classic and got a Dave’s double the lady at the window had a attitude forgot my sauce for my chicken nuggets I came back in and asked for a manager the black woman with glasses held up my chicken sandwich I didn’t want the chicken sandwich because I didn’t know if she handed to some other customer out side the window my husband has life threatening medical conditions so we have to take extra care of what we do the black lady got upset as well and fixed my food with aggression and made comments as the sandwich was fresh my response is and was if you did it right the first time we would not have these problems my experience was trash my food was tossed to me I wanted to get super upset and throw the sandwich back but then my husband wouldn’t have anything to eat and it would have held us up since we are moving the the young man Wayne who is a manager in training said that he was sorry but I never met the real one I guess it was the black lady because the young black girl was at the window rude this one has gone down hill if you don’t want to do your job find someone else I definitely have the transaction on my card I want to speak some one in charge

A little disappointed. The only frosties they had were chocolate and peppermint. I wanted one chocolate and one vanilla but apparently they don't vanilla in favor of peppermint which is not on my list of favorite items.
