Do not order the taco salad-either of them! The menu had two-one with grilled protein and lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, beans, sour cream in a tortilla shell-the normal things one would expect. The other had beef or chicken in a tortilla shell with guacamole and all the usual accompaniments like beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Mine came on a small plate with the tortilla shell with a little bit of lettuce, lots of steak and silver of a tomato-no cheese, beans or guacamole. It was soggy and greasy on the bottom. No garnishing, nothing to help it along. The waiter gave a sorry excuse that they're all different from the kitchen and then brought me more tomatoes, sour cream and some guacamole. He semi attempted to make me happy. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was fooled by the 4.5 stars-not for the salad anyway! We had been on the road driving for 13 hours and I was looking for something good. The whole ordeal put me in a bad mood.

A mix of solid and not so much: Pros: 1. Super busy. Very nice staff. 2. The Texas Fajitas cast iron was full of meat including lots of shrimp. A little too much green peppers for my taste, but my son loved it. 3. Salsa for chips was good. Cons: 1. I'm sorry but queso is not made with white cheese ... queso blanco is. 2. The flour tortillas are like store bought rather than homemade. 3. The chipolte con crema was a little short on flavor. 4. Parking is scarce and little waiting room. Yet they were fast turning over tables.

?”Tan manoso eres!!”Ummm, what?! ?Ah! Ok! Get a good thing going meal-wise with all your family here at El Bronco. If you’re lucky? Smiling Hipster David will be your cool “mesero”. #MexicanVibesDudeGot a hefty container of sopa de camarones (“Shrimp Soup”) to go for The Contessa. Side of flour tortillas (nicely fresh & warm even after drive back to hotel!) and a large-enough bag of crisp taco chips with two salsas, gratis! Was she happy? “Ooo! Que rica comida, mi esposo!” ?Not too loud inside, small bar area — Why just drink anyway?! The food here is awesome! — fast friendly happy service. All the time always for The Greater Good of the Community. ??**Gracias, angeles y muchachos! Bendiciones siempre!✌️?❤️**

Outstandingly fresh food, outstandingly professional courteous service combined with an attention to detail in cleanliness, as well, makes for a well spent dollar and meal time.
