We ordered 16 pieces of fish and the very nice lady who was running the register at the drive thru, gave us a great deal. I can't remember how she did it but it made it much cheaper than what we originally thought. We so appreciate when people take pride in their work and know the true meaning of customer service. long John Silvers is pretty much a quick fish experience. That isn't to say the food isn't good, it is. But it's not like something to write home about. But when I got the Jones for fish, that's when I head over to long John silvers. Also, the hush puppies are excellent.

Grilled stuff is the only food I'll get here. The fried stuff, including their hush puppies, are awful. Most of the times I've gone, service takes forever, and their restaurants could use more than an update. Mostly go when I crave grilled shrimp in a pinch for relatively cheap. If you can afford better, definitely don't waste your time here
