DON’T ORDER ONLINE. DON’T EAT HERE AT ALL. I ordered online and when I arrived, I was told they were closed even though the store hours said they close at 10. I contacted their online support for a refund and they claim they don’t have access to my payment details and offered a $15 credit to my BK account. I will NEVER eat there again.

Took almost 10 mins after I got to the windows to get food not only that they never have the frozen drinks or ice coffee as if they don’t want to make it

The service here is great. Especially compared to the BK at the other colonial heights location and the Hopewell location. This is as good as it gets for BK in this area. There are a lot of one star reviews in the past few months but I don't see it.

One of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever been to.My shoes stuck to the floor.Me and my wife burgers were not all that good.We got our food to go so there was no returning to the front desk.No plans on going back to this restaurant any time soon.
Hours for Friday needs to be updated, stopped by today (10/6) at 9:45 PM to be told that they are closed. Hours listed says they are open until 10 PM.

The Burger King at 3116 Boulevard, Petersburg, Va male manager and female staff need to be fired!I purchased food for a young lady that had no food at this establishment on 8/6/23! I remembered I had a coupon after ordering and informed the female staff of my coupon. The staff was rude and became disrespectful all because I did not say I had the coupon upon ordering at the Kiosk! She walked away from window when I questioned her attitude and the problem with excepting the coupon while I was at the window. I asked to speak with a manager and he did not make the situation any better! I could care less about using the coupon at that point, it was the mere disrespect and disregard to provide descent customer service! The manager got even more madder when I asked for a refund of my previous order ( yes this was my 2nd trip to the drive thru ordering myself and my daughter food)! So the manager was issuing the refund in cash after I used my card and tried to throw the money at me...I managed to grab the few bills that was left as he also threw the change at me, while calling me out my name! I said that's okay, I will be calling corporate on you all...as I was pulling off this manager hummed a large cup drink at my vehicle striking me in my face and drenching my clothes, hair, phone, car, etc...I have NEVER dealt with this type of behavior and no one ever should again!! They both need to be fired !!!

I went through the drive through, I told the man on the screen that I am allergic to the sauce on the number 8 and did not want any. When I was on the road I opened up the burger and it had sauce, which would have killed me, had a bite out of it, no cheese or bacon. I’m calling the health department and complaining to corporate.

Poor service, server in drive through was very rude, ice tea sucks like it’s been left out over night. Different prices on menu than at window. We will never go back here.
