On March 1 came in to place our order between 3:30 and 4 we placed our order she stopped in the middle of cutting the meat walked off and left us standing there . When the subs were passed to the next station for the toppings that employee did the same just walked off and we had to wait for her to come back to finish our subs . It made me feel like we were inconvenient to them because they had to wait on us.

First time here in years. I used the mobile app to order. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. As I went in and gave my name, the bag was pulled off tue ready shelf. Staff were super friendly. Subs were very good and didn't taste like a generic steak and cheese sub. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.
My family don't eat here often because it's expensive, costing my family of 5 getting 5 subs about $100. So when we do eat here as a treat, like we did last night, we expect to get our money's worth. Our subs were terrible. Not enough meat on Philly cheese steaks, hardly no toppings at all, and the meat not spread evenly across, leaving 3 inches of the sub without any meat on it. Wheny husband took one of our subs back, because I refused to eat it like that, the teen says they put the correct amount on it . I got a refund and went to a Mexican restaurant for nachos, for $12 and it was more food. They need to either train everyone better or hire people with more experience because this place costs as much as a sit down restaurant , prices are high on everything, so people need to get their money's worth every single time. We might not risk going back anymore, which is unfortunate.

By far the most unorganized Jersey Mike's i have ever been to. Waited an hour and still no sub. Told them i wanted my money back and they couldnt even get that right. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I placed an order on the app and expecting it done at a specific time. It was 15 minutes past the time that I was told it would be ready. I’ve worked a jersey Mike’s before and I’ve worked in restaurants before and you’re supposed to do online orders as they come in whether you have two people in line or 22 people in line.

Generally a pretty good meal every time I go. It's just the staff that's lacking off and on. Some can't wrap a sub and it's falling apart. Some won't listen and the order can come out wrong, and sometimes they are woefully under staffed (as with today). It took 45 minutes to get my order.
