Floors were messy and tables not wiped properly. I ordered a glass of wine, glass came dirty with lipstick stain, waitress had a fa e as if I did something to her when I asked for a clean glass. Sweet potatoe was cold, asparagus burned and I was scared to order anything else . I expected better from this establishment, but I guess I need to lower my expectations.

Went for a celebration, last minute seating for around 30 people. Awesome food, steak was cooked just the way I like it, awesome service. Didn't need to ask for refills, one guy at the table spent less than $20. Most of us spent more than $40 to have fun

Terrible pre ordered pick up waited 40 mins just for the in competent woman bringing out the food to give it to another car by mistake then try it give it to me once they hands and stuff probably been in my bag. So I asked for a refund and that took I week. Don't do it

Went for dinner today, arrived at 3:30 was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. After 45 minutes we asked how much longer? Was told they didn't have a evening server. Three people were at the the front desk talking pretty much the whole time. We ended leaving and went to another steak place for a pleasant dinner. First and last time here.

Not normally one do do this but service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes and hadn't even gotten a drink order, after waiter had came to table and said he'd be right back. Ended up leaving after being there for over 40 minutes with no service. Absolutly ridiculous!

The server was nice. We ordered 2 meals and one came out before the other; that first meal was undercooked. The second meal came out 15 minutes later. You could tell it sat in the heat window for a long time, since the plate and the side sauces were hot. The fries were over salted and soggy.When we told the manager, she didn't seem to care. I understand kitchens get overwhelmed, but the indifference that the manager showed was the thing that made me write this review. She did not care.This was our first and last time at that place.
First time trying Longhorn Steakhouse in Colonial Heights,VA, have to say it was exceptionally great!! Ribeye was delicious & cooked perfectly, sweet potato side was delicious, salad with blue cheese dressing was the bomb, fresh & cold! Atmosphere was great as well & the service was impeccable. I will return!

Ate in for dinner, We had about a 20 to 25 minute wait after calling for call ahead seating. Waiter was subpar, young and I didn't feel like he was as attentive as he should be. My friend ordered the longhorn which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the sirloin and wished I would have gotten the longhorn lol. Appetizer was good, but for the price wish we would have had more to split, ordering the stuffed mushrooms. Clean environment, wheelchair accessible for entrance, seating and restrooms. I've eaten at better steakhouses but overall not a bad experience.Vegetarian options: Not the best option for someone unless you are preferring more along the lines of a salad.Parking: Longhorn, located in Colonial Heights, has a fairly good size parking lot. Spaces could be a little bigger, but generally you don't have too much trouble finding a space.Kid-friendliness: I did see a few smaller kids at longhorn during my last visit. I honestly don't know if they have any kid activities that could be done at table, but they do have a somewhat small kids section on the menu
