Placed an order on SuperBowl Sunday at Noon for the pickup to be at 6pm. Went there to pick my order up and they didn't have it ready or even attempted to check if it was even being made. Called the next day to talk to the manager and she was extremely rude.

Horrible they owe me money I ordered two hours before they closed the waited until they were closed then call me and said they are not sending my order they will refund me and give me a $5 coupon....they always forget my soda I'm gonna assume on purpose cause I'll call and ask them nicely can they please not forget my soda...more than one time....food be cold....they use to have great food always hot u get everything u order but for the past yr it's been a complete mess idk what changed but something changed...oh yeah wen I would call for my order to see what taking long two or almost 3 hrs they wouldn't answer ....then finally wen it's time to close they answer and be rude....I always called with a nice understanding tone of voice never have I been disrespectful to them....it made me stop ordering from Pizza Hut

Food is ok. But convince wise, not so much. Lobby is always locked. If you order ahead, when you get there you still have to wait in the drive through. More employees may actually fix the problem, reopening the lobby, and shorter drive through times.

usually when it comes to pizza places in this area, they have a dont care attitud, but this one however, the people were nice and greeting me when I came in, they're were respectful, the setup was even better and they also looked out for my orders. food was still cooked fresh when I got home

Best experience I've ever had at a pizza hut. The entire crew made my son and my day with how kind and sweet they were being to him. My son is autistic and had just left from getting a flu shot, so the extra kindness shown by the employees today was truly appreciated. 11/16/ 23 @130pm crew, THANK you from the bottom of my heart for helping turn my little boys day around.
