I've given up on this place. Every time I go in the steamer or the microwave oven are not working. Sometimes it's for weeks at a time. I feel sorry for the staff as last time I went in I could tell that they were embarrassed to talk to me. I think Starbucks prefers to sell the more profitable and time consuming cold concoctions. If you want a cold drink this is the place for you. otherwise, forget it.

I would give this place a miss and go elsewhere. Every time I go in the oven or the steamer are not working. Last time I went in both were not working and it took weeks to get a new oven. I don't blame the staff for this but I could see that they were embarrassed to talk to me.Starbucks seem to be abandoning hot drinks for the more profitable and time consuming cold concoctions. If you want a cold drink this place is for you.

Fast service through drive thru, lots of workers, drinks are great, got one wrong and did a latte instead of a coffee, but it tasted great so no biggie!

The lady who was working at the counter was okay, slightly rude but I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I asked for light ice because I dislike having a lot of ice in my drink and when I got it it wasn't filled all the way, which when I've gone to other Starbucks they have filled it all the way. It was a little dirty and seemed like the women weren't properly trained but that is the case most of the time for Starbucks in stores.

The baristas here are terrible. They have the worst attitudes. Luckily the coffee is still good. We really need another fully operational Starbucks in Colonial Heights #starbucks

Went here to get a coffee. It wasn’t busy and the Barista was very lazy and condescending. I was never greeted and it took the manger to tell him to take my order (this person saw me walk up and proceeded to avoid taking my order prior to the manager telling him) no one else was even in line. Trash service. I will drive out of the way to another Starbucks if my normal one is out of service. Only giving two stars cause the coffee the lady made was amazing.

This Starbucks is slow but the people are friendly and I always get my drink made right. They really need mobile ordering for here.
