Not sure what my favorite part was. The employee not washing her hands, the old receipt hanging into the food, the employees Apple Watch cross contaminating, the employee touching the register with her gloves and moving onto the next customer, the dirty tables or the sideways nametape that didn’t have a name on it.

The two guys behind the counter were friendly, but the one making my sub seemed to not know what he was doing at all. Footlong roast beef sub and he put 5 slices of beef on it. Was going to charge extra for more meat. Still $20 out the door with a combo. Didn't ask what cheese I wanted and just added provolone without asking while I paid. It was out of the toaster before I realized. Really stingy with the toppings and condiments. I had to keep asking for more of everything just to get a mediocre sized sub. The bread was stale tasting. I definitely don't recommend this location.Parking: Parking is limited with 2 banks and other restaurants in the plaza.

Awful. Call ahead and order with coupons for subway. Once I get there they refuse valid coupons and demand full price. Stay away!

Ordered a sub they acted like they didn’t want to put anything on there i was asking for horrible attitudes . The veggies looked disgusting bread was extremely stale , all the sodas were flat highly don’t recommend !

Staff is definitely working their behinds off for what appearance of theses customers to be an entitled male owner . I'm not one to say that but as he stood behind the counter talking to someone coughing never once covering his mouth with anything.each time he did so. I could care less if it was a medical cough or and condition at least make the attempt to fake a cover if nothing else. The lady behind the counter was nothing but polite and courteous and deserving of a raise or a better paying job if your looking for someone. He stood to the side while she worked her behind off never once offering to maybe even offer to ring up any customers up while she fixed the other's sandwiches to keep them happy. There was few selections to put on the sandwiches as we were told they were out . Sorry but it is what it is. . Thank you mama for being an excellent employee so sorry you have to work for this dude

Worst Subway experience EVER! Placed an online order with no confirmation. Discovered that I made a mistake because the turkey sub automatically comes on multigrain bread and we didn't want that. Really didn't matter because the ONE person working was never gonna check the online orders with the 5 people present placing orders. Anyway my husband went there to mitigate the problem and, god bless the poor girl struggling to do her best, she completely messed up our orders even with my husband telling her what we wanted. Next time I'll buy the contents and make my own

I would not go back to this particular subway. The guys working there acted as if they had no idea what they were doing, they couldn't even roll a wrap or wrap the subs so they were secure.

They toasted my wife's 6" sub bread so much it was like rubber. My "footlong" Italian BMT wasn't bad.

Super slow service. We walked out. Poor lady up front working like crazy while her helper stocked cooler. We stood there 10 minutes while she fills to go orders and left us hanging and he stocked cooler. Not cool.

Went in to this location today. The gentleman that helped me today was nice. The lady, that i suppose is the manager, was nothing but rude. She had zero customer service abilities. She sat there and chastized the man that was helping me, correcting me while he was preparing my order, and continued while i sat there eating my meal, and as i was getting up to leave. The floors had food on it. Just definitely not a good, but the other Subway in town is no better. Looks like i will only be going to the one on Fort Lee.
