Lisa was our server at this restaurant. Very attentive and friendly. And a beautiful smile. One thing I always look at is the customer service in the restaurant. So I'm thankful for the great customer service we received from Lisa. This was my first time in this restaurant. And of course I am in the top 10% of Google restaurant reviewers. The food was good but something on the lasagna tasted kind of canny. Now I could be wrong because I don't know you know I'm not back there to see what's going on. But other than that the food was excellent. Right now I am not going to review on the pizza I bought because I haven't even tasted it yet I took it as a to go item but in the restaurant I did order the all meat lasagna and it was very good. It had a home atmosphere to it. I am going to recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives locally or if you're just passing through stopping at vincenzo's and get you a great meal and some great customer. Thanks again

I’ve had the food from the restaurant many times over the years, the past three weeks probably collectively 6-8 times. The food is a solid hit or miss. I guess it all depends who is cooking. It’s not consistently good, but it’s not consistently bad either. This is my dine-in experience and my to-go experience. However, the service is what really tilts me towards an unfavorable feeling. If you advertise that you close at 9:30pm you should probably close at that time (I can even understand 15 min before that time as well). Not an hour before that. If anything, at least be a little bit more honest/transparent and advertise that you stop taking orders an hour before closing. The servers when I dine-in have always seemed a bit standoff-ish, not exactly the feeling that I’m inconveniencing them by eating there, but you can clearly tell something’s off. (Aside from one or two servers) I don’t believe the issue resides with me, I always show the upmost respect and never tip below 20%, to-go orders I even tip 15%. There are some other small things that rub me the wrong way about my experience at Vincenzo’s, but they are mine alone. Find out for yourself, but this is my rating based on my experience.

We were driving through at 830pm on a Tuesday and found this place on Google and thought we’d give it a try since they don’t close until 930pm but as we pulled in, they’d turned most of the lights off and the staff were standing around and talking to each other, clearly closing early for the night. We saw someone pull up and grab their to go order so we thought maybe they were still open. We tried calling and watched the staff ignore our call... We were bummed but someone could have at least picked up to let customers know whether they were closed or not, instead of ignoring the call…Went to another place down the road instead.

Everything was great. Our server was wonderful! Food portions were massive and amazing for the price! Food came out fast and hot. I would definitely recommend 10/10!
