They're itemizing extra for everything that is supposed to come with the order. Chili is supposed to come with onion, cheese, crackers, sauce and sour cream. A chicken salad is supposed to come with chicken like a burger is supposed to come with a patty. They're charging the basic price plus extra for everything already supposed to be included.

Came in to order on our way back from Florida. Started placing my order and asked for a frosty and the blond rude cashier said they were out so I grunted in displeasure. She stopped ringing me up and said let me see if it's ready. She proceeded to fill up machine but told another cashier that I was rolling my eyes at her which I wasn't. The other cashier was fantastic and completed everything. While waiting on my food and frosty to be made, I heard the rude blond cashier telling the young man in front of me to not roll his eyes at her. All he did was ask where the salt and pepper were kept. This girl has a major attitude problem that corporate should probably address. Looking at past reviews I am not the only one she has taken her aggression out on. The dark haired cashier was a gem! The food was ok. Burger a bit flat. Fries were hot. Frosty was good!

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 15 minute wait just to order. Employees standing around joking with one another while the line builds up. Nobody moves fast. In total they need management. Horrible

I waited in the drive thru just for them to tell me they are only taking cash at the window but they are taking card at inside. No sign was put up so I was stuck in the drive thru between 2 cars. Would not recommend the need to get it together they obviously dont know how to run and operate a

This Wendy’s is a minute off I95 and adjacent to a Pilot gas/rest stop. The restrooms at the Pilot were clean and fully functional. Solid doors and new, both men’s and ladies. The Wendy’s is friendly quick and all items delicious and fresh. A great stop if you’re looking for quick, clean, and delicious.
Ordered my lunch spicy chicken Pretzel pub. Waited 25 min, watched ppl come in get their food and go. After 25 min a lady asked did I want spicy chicken or reg.....my receipt already said spicy like I ordered. I got my money and left.....ridiculous!!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would just due to the unprofessional & unacceptable service. I am a truck driver & I just so happened to stop at the pilot to shut down for my 10hr reset be I LOVE ME A PILOT. But I also decided to grab Wendy's after my usual pilot shower due to it being conveniently there yesterday. The young lady at the register was an absolute doll even after being mistreated by the 3 other staff members. I ordered my food and soon after the 3 staff members start to judge my body loudly & I ignored as usual when women do because what is for me not everyone can afford but anywho they made my order and I left to go eat on my truck. Upon eating half of my burger I seen a thick yellow substance oozing out and it definitely did not look like cheese I opened the burger & they laced the inside of my burger with mustard THAT WAS NEVER ASKED FOR !!! I had to try to force myself to throw it up due to me having acid reflux & mustard triggers it bad & it tend to cause me to regurgitate in my sleep causing me to possibly drown in my own vomit while sleeping. I've been vomiting since last night & had to sit out on my load because of it. I never usually complain but That was the most alarming thing I've ever experienced in my life I've never even spoken to the three women for them to even do such a horrible thing I could only imagine what else was done to my food. I've contacted corporate & the pilot about this incident hopefully something is done because that is highly unacceptable IT COULDVE BEEN WAY WORSE THAN ME AWAKE VOMITING

I ain’t even gonna lie this one kid doesn’t need too be working here I mean as a 17 year old I get not having motivation to do you job well but he works with food and i wanted a frosty but he said the frosty machine was broken but it CLEARLY wasn’t cause my cousin was ordering on another line at the SAME time as me and they got frosty, and that’s not all my brother ordered a burger with everything on it and the was no pickles and he got very upset. Please fix this ??
