I like this spot because it offers a friendly unpretentious environment at very affordable prices, but unfortunately the quality of the food is a hit or miss. I've had some disappointing meals there but as long as I stick with the French toast then I am satisfied.

Simply consistent food, you really can't go wrong. My family and I eat here often. Respectful people, quiet environment.

Stopped in to the 4C's for breakfast. After looking over the menu, I ordered the Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, with two eggs over easy, corned beef hash, and hash browns, plus coffee and water. Food came out in short order. The Sausage gravy was a white, almost flavorless gravy. You could see bits of sausage in the gravy, but it sure did not taste like anything. It was very underseasoned. I added salt, pepper, and hot sauce to impart some flavor to it. The eggs, corned beef hash, and hashbrowns were cooked properly. The corned beef hash is of the canned variety, but it was crisped up nicely. And the hash browns were crispy. I added a bit of salt and pepper to the eggs and hash browns, and hot sauce on the corned beef hash. If I had not tried the Sausage gravy and biscuits - this would have been a 4 or 5 star review. My server asked me during checkout how everything was. I articulated my experience with the Sausage gravy. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #4CsRestaurant

Food is good. Sometimes service pretty slow, but I still return for breakfas. I went for dinner once and they heated my peruvian chicken I ordered in the microwave. Was not a fan of that. I just come for breakfast which is good.

The food is very good. (I have only ever gotten 3 things in all the times I've been there.) However, it is quite short staffed so the wait for the food is usually around 1 hour. I love this place but sometimes I wish it was faster. Come if you want great food, but not if your in a rush.

Service ok. Food very subpar. Got steak and eggs.. The so called steak was at least 25% fat. I can’t believe they served it. Biscuit was store bought and tasteless.First time eating there….I will never go back.

No better place in Culpeper as there food is always great and they make you feel like part of the family. Just good people that always take care of me and my family when we go there to eat. Thanks for such great customer service as we all know it's hard to find these days.

4 Cs Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience with Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant's interior is spacious and features a traditional décor that I found charming but which my companion considered outdated. The restaurant operates on a seat-yourself basis, but the staff is attentive. Our server promptly took our beverage order and answered our questions about the menu patiently. For my main course, I selected the Lomo Saltado fajita beef, which was a flavorful and well-prepared delight. The accompanying French fries, an unexpected pairing, complemented the dish surprisingly well. My dining companion, on the other hand, encountered a less-than-stellar experience with her choice of Mexican steak. The meat proved to be tough and chewy, lacking the expected tenderness and flavor. Overall, 4 Cs Restaurant is a casual eatery with a mix of hits and misses. The friendly service and some well-prepared dishes make it a decent option for a casual meal, but the inconsistent quality of the food may deter some.
