Pretty good atmosphere but food is not all that and the customer service is terrible you sit for a good 20 min before they even take your order and even then they mess it up and by the time you get your food you just want to eat and leave I will not be back to this location ever

Been here 3 times and have always had bad service. You'll have to ask your server three different times if you want something. This last time though... takes the cake and I will never come back to this location. They changed the BOGO tuesday deal to a members only thing. Stupid but whatever. I sign up for the member program and order my wings. I get the bill and they charge me for half of my free set of wings. I said that the deal ON THE PLACARD at the table says BOGO and they insist it's buy one get one half off. The deal didn't say BOGOHO it said BOGO. Don't waste your time going here.

Why this place is open is beyond me. While waiting for our food today a roach crawled on to my friends arm. When we all jumped up, nobody who worked there seemed surprised. When we asked our waitress if this was an ongoing problem, she just smiled real big. Then explained that it's been a thing since they started a remodel at Jersey Mike's and told us she wouldn't eat there. Yall need to be shut down. I can't imagine what's crawling around in the kitchen .And for the record... nobody killed the little dude, so he's still crawling around the tables behind the candy machines .
Went to eat here, no one greeted us at the door and shouted at us to just find a random place to sit. When we walked it there was a vomit type smell in the air. Half the tables were still dirty with food/drinks not cleaned off. We sat at a “clean” table and it was sticky and covered in crumbs with trash under and around the table. We promptly got up and left. So dirty.

Went in on Wednesday, no employees were in the floor. However there was a female employee in the men's bathroom with a male friend. Sat in the bar area, waited for service.. again saw no employees for about 5 minutes. Then they all emerged from the backroom and we saw several employees go play kiddie corn hall. We sat another 5 minutes, waiting for someone to come get our drink order. Finally someone came out to waitress, but went to a table that had customers that just sat down, not us, who were waiting for 10 minutes. We left without ordering. For as many employees that seemed to be there (in bathroom, playing corn home and who emerged from back room) there was no communication, no acknowledgment, no service.

This is hands down the poorest managed BWW I have seen. How do you run out of traditional and boneless wings? It's literally in the restaurant name. It could accept if this only happened once, just close up shop.

Food poisoning. This past Friday night. Don’t know if it was the wings or the tenders or the blue cheese but I was up from 4 Am -2 pm puking. Death felt like a better option at that point. They were overwhelmed and probably rushing food prep.
