Unfortunately I'm changing my review to a negative this time service sucked , person behind the line picked out the steak out of my order cause he didn't listen that I wanted half and half then I asked for extra sour cream and was told that's a extra cost , I'll continue to go to Warrenton and skip this location from now on very disappointing.

Don't ever order online with this location. You're better of going in person where the store can't short you. The food is still good and all that but the last several orders have just gotten worse and worse. Hopefully, it'll change but going inside isn't the worst thing in the world.

I would've given 4 stars however, I ordered mine online & went to pick up so I didn't actually see my food until I was home. It looked like I ordered an all vegetable bowl. Barely any beans, meat but a TON of lettuce & rice. It was good but would like to get what I paid for.?

We went to this Chipotle last night 3/18 around 7:30pm. We drove over 30 minutes one way to get there only for them to say "we aren't making burritos today". It wasn't that they were out of the tortillas or any other ingredients, we could see them on the counter. Nobody there could give us a reason as to why they couldn't make a burrito or even apologize. We left because that is the only thing my fiance and I eat here, just like most people who go to Chipotle. The whole point of Chipotle is their burritos. I'm not sure if it was pure laziness not wanting to make the burrito or they were out of tortillas (even though we saw them on the counter). Either way it's pretty sad and we won't be returning. We will drive to Fredericksburg's location instead. Posting this in hopes it saves other people the trip of driving out here and the employees being too lazy to make a burrito for them. If you want to be sure that they will have what you want go to Fredericksburg, they haven't messed up with us yet.

Man I ordered off DoorDash and they skimped my whole bowl like my bowl was light as hell with barely no rice and I asked for a kid of chicken and I added carnitas and I didn’t even get that by far the worst and it’s like the workers don’t care smh

My steak burrito was so salty steak extremely chewy the burrito was put into a bowl at may request because the poor thing was gonna by a challenge to roll. Bad mistake it was stone cold and the chewy steak made it totally unappetizing. Guc seemed overly salty as well.chips ok. Sad because we haven't eaten there in awhile due to past experience. This food is not worth the money for 3 people or cost 48.00 no drinks only extra was chips and Guc....bye bye chipotle you really need to do better...
I placed an order using the doordash app. Once I got home I noticed that on the bowl that was in the bag with my name said someone else’s name with the order completely different than what I have ordered. It’s upsetting to see that the employees didn’t noticed the mistake and how do you even get the names confused. The person’s food i got is spicy and I’m allergic to chicken and the oder has chicken in it. This has never happen to me and I come here often. Please check inside your bags when you come here before you leave the parking lot so this won’t happen to you.
